Hi All,

I need your help please.

I received the medical requests on Feb. this year for me, my wife and 2 sons and no request was given for the elder 2 son & daughter.

On the same day we wrote to CIC asking about the elder 2 and so far we got no response. The 2 elder son and daughter are currently studying in Canada.

so far we wrote to them more than 4 times. What to do???

I have read that the in order to keep PR valid

1. we have to complete 730 days (2 years) within the 5 year period.

2. stay at least 180 days (6 months) per year.

Do both of the above conditions need to be fulfilled?

Brother Ali, did you get your PR visa? Or still waiting for an updated from LVO after your medical results has been received? if you are waiting what is the reason for delay? Did you order GCMS notes?

I received MR on 23rd March, 2016 and the medical was successful concluded on 5th April, 2016. I didn't receive RPRF along with Medical. Any ideas what is the tentative time frame for RPRF ?

Alhamdolillah, I have got today my and family passport back after stamping, passports were submitted in GERRYS Karachi office on 22 Mar 2016. Thanks to BWJ

In total it took exactly 16 months to get visa, things were slow till Medical but after that very quick, medical done on 18 Feb 2016 and visa issued on 18 March 2016. I am planning to land in July 16 after EID.

Can we know that how many of the LVO applicants are waiting for RPRF after medicals ??

It seems there are only few applicants who have this unfortunate situation that even RPRF email is not sent to them??? Please share status and timeline.

Dear,

Medical assessment is required to ascertain that the person is fit to enter Canada. If your two elder children are already in Canada, I dont think they are required to undergo medical assessment. Well, this is what I think, other comments shall be appreciated.
