I have been following this forum since long, never replied before. I also applied for FSWP 2014, below is my time line.

Application Submitted : 18th Dec 2014
Process Start : March'15
File Transfer to LVO : Aug'15
Medical, RPRF & PCC request : 13 Sep'15
Medical Done : 21 Sep'15.
Medical Updated : 15 Oct'15
PPR : Waiting

Just a word of advice for PR applicants wanting to come to Canada from the UK. Canada is in a RECESSION.
This isn't the right time to come. I have been here for two months now without a job, the complexity of the situation here is you will be competing with highly skilled locals who have lost their jobs due to the downturn of oil prices. They studied here, have Canadian experience so mathematically they'll stand a better chance of being snapped up as compared to an intl applicant.

Don't make the mistake I made, if you do not believe any word I've said, come here briefly for a few weeks to experience the climate before making any hasty decision.

NB: Thinking of coming back to the UK within a month if the situation here doesn't improve.

Yes I raised CSE with Visa office on last Wednesday then Monday i got change in ECAS and Wednesday PPR

Same situation here with same vo BWJ. My medical was done on 27th June and for my newborn on 1st November. Raised cse yesterday and got reply that background check going on . Let's continue praying. Do you have extensive travel history or work history?

i have worked in 3 countries and travelled to 7 countries . But people who have done more then me or even equal to mine got PPR. God knows what is taking so long.

Uncertainty about time frame of immigration process is a problem in current plans and future life plans.

Hi there - I need some advice , although I am aware there is probably nothing else I can do.

My Family PR application got DM on 3rd December (6 weeks ago) but I haven't received any information or communication from LVO since - let alone my COPR in the mail.

I have sent 3 emails but, of course, no response.

What can I do to find out what is happening?

Application received at CIC Nov 10, 2014
PER email Feb 3, 2015
Further communication July 2015
Medical + RFPR Nov 23, 2015
Medical done Dec 8, 2015
Medical line & Decision made Jan 11, 2016
PRP Jan 13, 2016

Actually I had an issue with PCC, I stayed in 3 countries more then 6 months, I got 2 pcc and I am unable to get 3rd PCC as Police & immigration didn't have my records so after submission of all documents VO contacted me as if I would still able to get last pcc. I replied them with response of police representative and now waiting to get the good news

I received my MR email today from LVO. I have been reading silently through this forum and I would like to thank after ALLAH all the forum mates and wish you all speedy and smooth process.
My timeline:
App Dec: 2014
PER: Feb, 2015
SLU: around August or Sep. 2015
MR: Today

Also, I have been asked to submit PCCs and Bio page of my Passport within30 days.

But I have one issue and I appreciate if you can help, I visited UK on a student visa in 2012 for less than 3 months, yet LVO asked me for UK PCC. I do not know if this a mistake !!!!
Now my question is should I send them back to clarify?? and should I send this as a CSE or as a reply to their email??
Or should I contact the UK embassy and ask for the PCC. I am currently working in UAE.

Please tell me your advice if you came across a similar situation

Hi Canera,

Better apply for UK PCC. its simple to apply. You can apply online and upload all the documents. Meanwhile, raise cse and tell the VO that i was in UK for only 3 months and see the reply.

I would like to ask the experts if I changed the country from which I send my application, is the visa office (London) would changed also, and transfers my file to the new one , or continue processing my file ?? Is this would delay my processing time????
