A friend of mine is also facing similar problem, after his medical in Nov he sent an email to Lvo but there was no reply and suddenly few days before he got an email from lvo that his medical hasn't received and he then again checked with IOM Karachi but according to them they have already uploaded. and IOM told him to provide medical receipt to lvo, so now he is waiting for reply from lvo.

There is another case like this and he did his medical one month ago and still waiting his line to be updated.

Either there is a problem in IoM Karachi system or lvo system.

I would suggest you inform lvo with receipt and also send an email to IOM - ISB because IOM Karachi is not giving anything writing.

As already said, the problem exist somewhere with IOM Karachi -> Delhi Medical Centre as several members are facing this issue.

Alhamdulillah by Grace of Almighty Allah we received our PPR on 5th Jan 2016 and our E-cas has been changed as well to DM.

Now i would like to ask if its ok to submit our passports to VFS global at WAFFI mall in Dubai or not.

Congrats, you can do it via VFS Wafi, or in person at Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi, there must be a letter with your PPR which will give you options, if you personally submit at embassy, you will fill in a return Aramex airwaybill, note the airwaybill number for tracking as embassy will send the passports back directly to you via aramex. Its more cost effective. Embassy has a certain day every week and time for passport submission, so check your letter for details.

Yes i have spoken to the KHI IOM and they exactly said same what you mentioned. Anyways, i just checked Medical received line has been updated on ECAS. So i guess the problem has been sorted. Thanks for your help

Congrats. This means medical issue has been sorted out. Can you please share when you raised CSE and when you got reply from them. My ecas still not updated with "medical received line", did medical on 29 October, and LVO mentioned in early december "medical results have yet to be assessed" ...however IOM karachi have twice confirmed about submission of Medical and I even forwarded the payment receipt on the same day of medical. Really worried :/

I raised CSE on 6th Jan and received response on 8th Jan. Try raising second CSE if 28 days have been lapsed to previous CSE.
