Thank you. I am a Pakistani and applied from Pakistan. I have lived in Britain for about 4.5 years and that's my only travel history. No job changes during the course of my application. I joined my current organization on Officer level and then got promoted to Manager level in the same organization but that all happened a couple of years earlier from my application date. I didn't raise a CSE. My eCAS still shows four lines where the fourth line says that Medical Instructions were sent on 10 September 2015. But overall, the status has changed to Decision Made.

I have almost the same particulars as yours except wasting my life in Qatar, and visiting several countries of the world for business purpose due to nature of the job.
Let us hope and pray that DRD will send me MR, during this month!! My ECAS still shows only two lines.

Can anyone share with me the procedure of sending passports to Islamabad for VISA stamping and also the address where to send these. Would be highly thankful for this support.

I am also optimistic that I shall get MR during this month, because I have compared timelines of most of Pakistani applicants, in more then 80% percent of cases after around 300- to 340 days of receipt of application at CIC MR is issued. As per this estimate I shall have MR during October 2015 إن شاء الله عزوجل

You have to submit your passport at vfs visa Dropbox facility. In islamabad it is located in G9 markaz. If you are in karachi or Lahore you can go to gerrys office and submit them there.

Then you have to go for TCS visatronix but there office is also in multan not RYK. You can go to tcs center in RYK may be they can help.

It's the Address of gerrys office in islamabad. You have to go personally to submit your passport in this office. You cannot post the passports to this address.

The Canadian embassy is in diplomatic enclave and they don't accept passports directly sent to them.

Export of Foreign Exchange.

In pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 8 of the Act, the State Bank has issued Notification No. F.E.2/98-SB dated July 21st, 1998 granting general permission to: -

(a) Authorised Dealers to send out of Pakistan, cheques, drafts or bills of exchange which have been acquired by them in the normal course of their business and within the terms of their authorisation.
(b) Any person maintaining an account expressed in a foreign currency, and held under any permission, general or otherwise, granted by the State Bank of Pakistan to take or send out of Pakistan, cheques or drafts drawn on such account.
(c) Any person, other than a person to whom foreign exchange is issued for travelling purposes only, to send out of Pakistan foreign exchange issued to him by an Authorised Dealer.
(d) Any person to take out of Pakistan foreign exchange issued to him by an Authorised Dealer in Pakistan and endorsed on his passport.
(e) Any person not ordinarily resident in Pakistan, to take out of Pakistan the unspent amount of foreign currency brought by him into Pakistan, provided the period of his continuous stay in Pakistan does not exceed three months, and
(f) Any person to take out of Pakistan US$ 10,000/- or equivalent thereof in other foreign currencies.

Well I'm at 342 days as of today but as he mentioned 80% so I believe he did a detailed analysis.
