Is there anyone who has sent his passports for Visas stamping to Islamabad through courier service this year. If yes, then please share how and on which address you sent your PP for Visas.

Well I'm at 342 days as of today but as he mentioned 80% so I believe he did a detailed analysis.

Sorry to hear this ordeal. And hopefully you will hear soon. But did you raise any CSE?
When the last time you have raised the CSE and what was the response of VO?
And who is your Visa Officer?

Raised CSE in July 2015 but no response till to date. VO is VCM. I am just praying and waiting for the good news.

it is really too late which cause you serious anxiety, that almost after 4 months of medical there is no response from your visa officer.
Tell me did you apply with family or alone? Did you send the PCC alongwith application or after application?

Dear,

Did he ask you to send updated schedule "A" Form, from 18 years of age instead of last 10 years.
If Yes, send it now (B'cause sec 8 and 12 will require that 1.8 years).
If No, wait for any further request.

Hi Sir,

Yes he demanded me the updated schedule since the age of 18 one month ago. But one thing which is very important is that i have already mention my abroad experience in old Schedule at the time of submission of application. I had mention my abroad experience in my personal history in old form as well. He already know about my abroad experience which is 12 years ago. I had also sent the experience letter of that experience. So, he already know about my abroad stay of 1.8 years. But when he demanded updated schedule, if he want he can also ask from me about my abroad PCC. But he did not require abroad PCC or my home country fresh PCC. So, i think it is not important for him.
This is the whole background of my case. What do you suggest in this scenario either i need to send PCC or wait for visa ?

Your valuable suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Yes Atif it is quite late. I applied with family and send PCC of self and wife with application. Was only asked to submit my son PCC after medical as he turned 18 in Jan 2015

My sister is a Masters in English Literature currently an Assistant Professor at a College teaching 11-14 grade students.
She completed her Masters from Pakistan in 1985. She has been in the teaching profession since then.
Her date of birth is Feb 23, 1960
She is single, unmarried, no dependents

With regard to family information, we are 5 siblings. 2 are Canadian citizens and two are recent immigrants (PR). I am one of the latter two. Our parents have passed on and we do not have any other blood relation in Pakistan. Hence, I want my sister to be with me in Canada. I am single, divorced, no children or dependents.

Any advise on what possibilities are available for my sister's immigration will be greatly appreciated.

Dear Amy,

It's good u sent the deferral letter to CIC. Your medical is only complete after the x-rays are done.
Did you send the form IMM5733E to VO ?
B'cause you received MR, so your case is almost complete.
For the baby, Ali-N is right.
Plus,
There is no requirement of urine or blood tests OR X-rays,
The PP will follow history & IMM5738 (developmental milestones).

A max of 3 months and you should have your PPR.
So be happy....

For reconfirming Visa Expiry date:
Only those who have done furtherance/deferrals in medical, and then received their COPR can actually tell you...

thanks for your thorough reply indeed its very helpful. i didn't send any form as the IOM ppl told me that its not neccessary that you inform CIC. However i still did as i was issued deferral letter . so i shared it with CIC along with my doc's letter . should i send this form too? also pls if i could somehow get further idea.....i would appreciate your help

LVO usually give 45 days from the date of birth to submit various documents of the new born (e.g. passport, birth certificate from Nadra, new forms to be filled, fee, etc.). They will enlist the documents required. I am not aware how long will it take for LVO to send MR request for the new born but i think it should be a month or so. Moreover, I think the one year countdown from MR to visa expiry will start ticking after completion of your pending x-ray, I am not sure though so please double check, seniors/ others are requested to please confirm the understanding.

She could apply for Express Entry. A good IELTS score plus her teaching experience and strong family ties in Canada will give her a decent score in the CRS. She could also apply in the Provincial Nominee Program if applicable.

you should make an inquiry..because visa validity is 12 months after your medical...so time is ticking!

Hi,

Need some advice the VO sent to me an email to submit my new baby's passport within 15 days, but i cannot complete it in 15 days since it requires me 6 to 8 weeks to have my baby new passport, that is the requirements from our embassy. Please advise what should i do with this.
