Dear Seniors and Friends,

After waiting 1,351 days, or 3 years, 8 months, and 12 days, Today I received our Passports with Canada Visa and COPR for 3 of us. My Details time line are as per below.

01-Dec-2011- Application submitted to CIC
09-Feb-2012- PER
27-Feb-2012- AOR from Canada Visa Singapore Office
03-Oct-2014- Medical Request, RPRF, PCC,... (During this period, the most heart pain waiting for PPR about 2 yr and 8 months, CIC nvr touch our file, i heard is due to STRIKE in visa office, applicants from 2010,2011 and 2012 will go through this Painful period)
08-Oct-2014- Medical Done Except Wife X-RAY due to Pregnant
30-May-2015- Only Wife X-RAY Done
05-June-2015- Medical Result Have Been Received (Third Line Update)
11-June-2015- New Born Baby documents submitted to CIC
06-July-2015- New Born Baby Medical Received
17-July-2015- New Born Baby Medical Submitted to CIC
24-July-2015- Passport Request
27-July-2015- Passport submitted to CIC
30-July-2015- Decision Made (Fourth Line Update)
13-Aug-2015- Passport Received with Visa and COPR

Please let me know when landing at POE, do we need to fill up PR form or NO NEED? If need, I want to fill up in advance. To apply SIN, can we get immediately at the airport or need to go to Service Center Canada? Thanks in advance. Hope all of you in this forum, will get Canada PR Visa soon. GOOD LUCK.

Hi myat, I can see you had your initial MR in Oct, 2014 but your decision was made on July 30, 2015. Could you please confirm the visa validity period in such situation where the initial MR had been taken in such a long time frame from DM?

There are many people facing similar situations just like yourself, Thanks in advance.

thanks bro..was your third line update the same as mine?

I had the same above as my third line..but dont rely on ECAS..they often update later..because I already received Passport request before this 3rd line.

I received MR along with updated police cert request . They have mainly asked for things to be email but I am not sure about police certificates, should i scan and send it to them or should i courier them ?

If I am not wrong, your vo is LBM? because she always gives clear instructions what to do.. read ur email again..in my case she said only to send via email.
But do what is directed in ur email

PCC is always sent by courier as its required in original not copy.

am sorry to say that's not true , now days LVO request all documents to be send by email . unless instructed to send the original , scan and email it

Lit is medical request. U shud proceed with booking and undergoing medicals. In the meanwhile u wil get another email from visa officer telling u if u need to submitt pcc, updated infor chart, RPRF etc

anyone got MXH?

Hi I received MR and RPRF on 21st July 2015 from MXH. No Schedule A or info chart request. MR completed on 31st July (uploaded on 5th but no TLU yet). RPRF fees paid on 22nd July and receipt was emailed to MXH (replied acknowledged received).

My passport has been requested but it's being kept in the local visa office for around 5 weeks. There is no update from local visa office in addition to ignorance from LVO upon querying them.

What is the issue behind this delay? I've started to worry about my case.
