Dear All,

I have been asked to submit work place pictures (Outside and inside) and Company Tax Returns for two years yesterday. My problem is that I am working at sole proprietorship one owner and having total staff of 30 people. what should i do now because returns are available but with owners name on it. but it is written over it at source of income place business name. Did anyone experience the same situation.

i am confuse either i should take this a positive sign or negative. please share your experiences.

Today when I have viewed my Linkedin profile, I have noted that two persons from CIC have viewed my profile. Let us pray that it will be a positive sign and they might be verifying my details these days and my file will not be waiting in a que for a visa officer who will come at an unknown time to review all the pending PR applications.

That means they have doubts on ur place of work. All u can do is provide them whatever u have no need to hesitate or lie. Rest leave it Allah i hope it turns out to be good

Today my SLU got updated. We started processing application on February 4th 2015, after 8 days of DD Encashment and 20 days prior to my PER.

Today My SLU appeared, we started processing on 5 december 2014. exactly 19 days before i received PER which is on 24 December 2014. Third line showing we sent you mail for document required which i received yesterday. what is going on. any body please share his views over this.

My passport has been requested but it's being kept in the local visa office for around 5 weeks. There is no update from local visa office in addition to ignorance from LVO upon querying them.

What is the issue behind this delay? I've started to worry about my case.

Don't worry, you are not alone, mine is there for over 3 weeks now. Maybe Eid period and Universities in Canada starting in September causing delays with a lot of application in queue for visa stamp.

1st of congrats dear. Atleast some movement started in your case. 2ndly there are lot of applicants complaining about SLU with wrong dates, I think its some problem at CIC end you dont need to worry about it.

You dont need to worry. Simply take the photographs of your office inside and outside. From outside, it properly shows the location of your office with some other road/place reference and name of your office and from inside it properly show your work place by marking along with other pictures. Submit the tax return of your company and explain it, I think they will understand your position. No need to worry and ask anything which is confusing you.

Also Pray to smooth and positive rest of the process. they required pictures of my work place and TAX returns of Work place and employees list.
i am arranging all stuff to send as early as possible. But i dont know why they asked. although i have submitted my tax returns salary statement with application. but now they require my work place thing. i am so nervous either i should take this a positive step or negative.
