Dear All,

I have been asked to submit work place pictures (Outside and inside) and Company Tax Returns for two years yesterday. My problem is that I am working at sole proprietorship one owner and having total staff of 30 people. what should i do now because returns are available but with owners name on it. but it is written over it at source of income place business name. Did anyone experience the same situation.

i am confuse either i should take this a positive sign or negative. please share your experiences.

It is one of its kind situation. I am also a CEO of my own firm and submitted following documents along with my application.
1. Firm registration letter
2. Partnership deed
3. Letter head with address, phone number, email and web address.
4. firm's bank account statement
5. Tax returns of last five years
6. FBR certificate

Also the telephone bills confirm my name and the business address. wish I can send them my chamber of commerce membership too.

Better not to hide anything because maybe they missed the work place verification or wanna confirm there contracted third party verification. Because I have told by secretary union council that people visited him and took the photos of Marriage Certificate register where the entry of marriage was marked and reconfirmed the NADRA marriage certificate.

People from the market also confirm some suspicious activity like this that people were inquiring about me and my business, I am also worried in this regard but hoping for the best.

Hello all,

Need your guidance w.r.t getting police clearance certificate. I belong to karachi, pakistan and have some following queries on the subject:

1. Do i need to obtain PCC for all the addresses i mentioned in background declaration form or only for current address?
2. What docs are required for this process and would it be made from any local police station or headquarters?
3. How much time it would take to get this PCC?

Its been over 6 months since PER and no communication of any sort from VO. I guess its time to raise a CSE. What I'm wondering is should I raise it through CIC portal or email them directly (in this case someone please share the email ID used for this purpose).

I have one more query. My daughter is in India and I am here(London) with my spouse. I will get passport request after my medical will be done. Can I bring my daughter passport here for stamping or we can do her stamping in India.

I will raise the CSE on Monday, let's see how it goes! I must say your one was so quick, almost in no time you got the PPR! Generally after PCC, they take some time from 15 days to 4 month as observed in the forum. Did you submitted PCC for 1 country or more?!

i did not submit PCC with application. PCC was asked by VO with RPRF. you must raise CSE and ask what is happening with your application. Also get CAIPS notes.

Congratulations to you on your 2nd line update, but how you don't know about the date, because they write " we have started processing on your application on ×××××××". So what date is written there? and who is your Visa Officer?

Finally, some progress!! But this is a bit strange (the date)

Just checked my ECAS and noticed a SLU (Second line update)
here's the weird thing though it says "Started processing your application on Dec 17, 2014" (application recvd date - Oct 14, 2014)

Has anyone got a 2nd line updated saying theyre application had started processing 8 months ago? and were updateD 8 months later?

What should i make of this? that my application's being held up/Put away?

Its the same thing either way. If you email them make sure you mention your UCI or Application No. in the subject line.
