Now I got an email that my application was transferred to Ankara VO. PER -Dec.9. Whats going on?> Why did they transfer it? :(

It could be something related to your file or maybe they started to distribute some of the load they have at LVO and transfer files to other VOs
Can you please share more details like.... was this email sent to you as a response to a CSE you raised.??.... did you have any communications before this email such as photo request or so?? ...... where did you apply from??

Thanks.. Maybe or maybe not.. I guess time will tell, i just hope they dont take long again. Recently got MR after 6 months of tormenting wait!

I raised CSE this month, but got the standard reply only. ("... in a queue waiting to be reviewed ...).
I have applied for notes also, not received it yet.
 
Hi. Just got a wierd email from RFI after 190 days of PER. RFI has rejected my application saying that my job duties does not match the NOC i applied with . I applied with the NOC 1114 but RFI says that your job duties do not match with NOC 1114 rather they match NOC 6235 and hence they have rejected my application. Decision Made is showing on my ecas.

Now i wanted to ask, that will i get my application fees of CAD 1100 back. and if so then what is the process ?. secondly can i apply under express entry if yes what do u suggest. i am awaiting a detailed reply.

How did you know? Sent enquiry or they sent the email?

Please can you share your time line of PER, SCHEDULE A REQUEST , SECOND LINE UPDATE AND REJECTION DATE

Was there any change in your schedule A compared to last sent schedule A

Yes I had an email conversation with them on May, I sent them copy of new passport for my son and asked for the status. They told me that that my application is waiting for the review. In June I send them another emails asking whether I have to update some forms, as I began to work for a new employee, and they emailed me back that they sent my application to Ankara. Per my citizenship I could apply to Ankara VO, per my residency I could apply to London VO. That's why I sent my documents to London, but after 6 month of waiting they transferred my application to Ankara.

Should he write back to vo to reconsider his decision??
