I have applied my application under NOC 0113 " Senior Telecom Manager " , got my PER on 6th March and waiting for the AOR via London Visa Office. What scared me is reading on other forum about rejection cases after getting PER.

Now, I would like to ask you if anyone applied under same NOC to share experience, I have worked for more than four years as senior position in the telecom field in multi national Telecom vendors, still I'm scared for their evaluation as I was not CXO level.

Any idea about rejection after PER ?

Hi, first and foremost LVO do not issue AOR, if they did that prides alone would take them a long time, so the good news is you skip straight to MR, but this can take up to 180 days and no less than 60 days. I can't comment on rejections as per your NOC but all I will say is I've not seen anybody on any threads experience rejection after PER, it's a low likelihood.

Stay positive and keep patient
 
Sharing another good news: a friend of mine also got his MR/PCC/RPRF couple of days back. August 1 applicant and VO RFI.

lets hope we all get good news and smooth and speedy process going forward :)
 
AoA every one, With God's grace I finally got my 2nd line update and it states as:

We started processing your application on 10th April 2015.

Now I have few questions for seniors and experienced,

1. what does 2nd line update means? Does this mean that verification process has been completed?

2. How many days it will take to get MR after 2nd line update?

3. Until now, I have not maintained my bank statement, but i came to know that LVO is requiring 3-6 months bank statement. What can I do now in this matter? Is this ok if i start maintaining my bank balance now?

Please detailed expert advise needed regarding this....Really appreciate... :) :)

Congratulations..

Maintaining bank balance is important if you shown them as proof of funds.

VO does not always ask for proof of funds the second time, it could be skipped.

But safe side, you should have the funds equivalent to minimum requirements.

VO also questions if big transactions outward/inward, therefore, prepare yourself with some logically reasons to support this if applicable.

Application received 25/8/2014
PER 11/12/2014

2nd Line 10/3/2015
Additional Document Request 18/3/2015
PCC Request 23/3/2015

VO: LBM

All documents were sent 25/3/2015, until now no other reply and no MR request, very disappointed, I wanted to land in the summer since it is the best time, weather is good and my kid has no school.

Anyone has the same experience?
