Hi All,

I am October applicant. I was in Australia (Perth-WA) from 2009 to 2010 for studies purpose (MS).

Will LVO requires PCC from WA ? If yes, please reply me to how to get it from there.... Currently i am in my home country (Pakistan).

I sent PCC + RPRF + Medical Receipts on 16 March 2015 and reached at CHC on 17 March 2015 signed by "EMMANUEL" did any one received by this person.

My 3rd line updated on 25 March 2015 till now no communication from LVO, how much time it will take for PPR my VO did not ask for passport bio pages and information chart at the time of medical request is this normal?

Same situation here, I didn't get a request for PP biopages along with the MR/RPRF request which is the usual, but after the 3rd line update, they sent an email requesting for PP biopages and Updated Info Chart which they said to send by email, so that is what you have to look out for now...

Medical Request

At this stage we receive Medical instruction + Add docs +PCC + RPRF(+ In India PP request as well). All applicants as well as all dependents (accompanying or not) will be required to pass the medical requirement. The Medical examination requirement is mandatory and serves the following purpose.

To protect the health of Canadian.
To protect the safety of Canadian.
To reduce and prevent excessive demand on Canada's health and social services.


Note: The medical report is valid for one year from the date of completion.


Security Clearance

Each applicant over the age of 18 is required to pass the security requirement. All applicants must prove that they are not a threat to the safety of Canadian Society. Applicants provide this information through Police Clearances which the applicant must obtain directly and by passing the background clearance which the immigration authorities obtain on behalf of the applicant.

After receiving Medical results by Regional Medical, they enter into GCMS 4.0 system, after that Otawa, Canada Check the medical results if they don't satisfy they email to applicant for further test, if they satisfy and approve the results they generate the following line of ECAS.

If your stay is more than6 months at a stretch you will require a pcc from Australia. You can goto afp.gov.au and order your pcc online after paying requisite money and credentials check.

I have already submitted my Pakistani PCC with my package and waiting for MR....

As per my observation they are holding files for NOC 0111 except few files processed.

How long do they usually keep the passport for? I would appreciate sharing your experience with ADVO for visa processing.

Just received email 2 days ago for MR + RPRF + updated Passport bio-page - and that was 143 days since PER.
Visa office London and VO is RIH

Having LVO, my passport had been received at ABU embassy on 22 March 2015 and till now didn't come back. So you can see its already 18 days and still waiting for. Hence plan yourself.
