Sorry to ask this question but I think that European nationality holders get their cases processed faster comparing to other nationality holders due to more reliability, may be!

It is not the case. That same visa officer is running here in there around the world to conduct interviews. Actually VO in abu dhabi have resident staff who are based in Abu Dhabi to conduct interviews. Those who are sitting in LVO are also permanently employed in LVO and are living in London. Same is the case with Abu Dhabi VO which has it's own staff dedicated and trained for this particulare job which is to conduct interviews.

I had a similar situation, I made the payment online and sent a copy of receipts to LVO, I made the payment under the family class, as long as you are paying the correct fee and your name is spelled correctly on the receipt, there will be no issues, the receipt doesn't show under which category it has been paid, in addition and before I made the payment I received instructions from LVO itself to pay online, they provided me the link, under which the FSW was not listed- as you mentioned. I also paid the RPRF through the same link.

George below are the points who convinced me to think in this way: -

- LVO is conducting twice a year interviews and I read somewhere that a team of official come from LVO for this purpose.

- Some applicants received an email about interview but not given schedule? If the Abu Dhabi office staff is conducting the interview than they should call the applicants once his case is selected for interview. I'm not sure but NDVO is working in this way.

I tend to agree with that statement, for LVO to get the necessary checks done from another country such as Pakistan I'm sure would be a mute point in the process times which they are not in control of. However this is only an assumption base on experience. I have started a forum called LVO applicants from Uk to see if there is any truth behind this but I'm struggling to get people that fit this mould, maybe not as common as I once thought?

Any thoughts?

LVO- Overall Average Days for MR after receipt of PER:- 83-Days
All of above analysis is based on LVO applicants data in spreadsheet which I downloaded on 10th April,2015.

Massively impressive data here, clearly showing a trend based on application dates, shows LVO are getting slower maybe because number of applications coming through the door has increased exponentially and their staff levels remain the same, not sure what else realistically could explain this trend.

One thing I did notice is that I've seen applicants on this form that have stated their timeline as over 120 days for MR but not many on this download, are people not completing the spreadsheet?
