almost 5 months since PER still no second line or any form of update.... any suggestion guys

Don't worry, just hang on a little bit more and you will receive it, received my PER on 02nd-Oct and got MR on 09th-Feb, so it will just be a matter of few days and you will get it....

Thank you click.trick but the wait is just killing sometimes esp when you c others after you getting their medicals and even visa stamped. You r right i have seen yours and other June applicants patience nd we should follow u. +1 for ur patience and i pray for ur speedy process ahead.

No upfront medicals done, in Oct 2014 they requested Medical and PCC's. got medical done in Nov 2014. in Dec 2014 they added 2nd line on Ecas as "medical received".
In Jan 2015 when LVO requested Schedule A update, at that time 2nd line on ECAS appeared as "we started processing your application in Jan 2015" and 3rd line as "Medical received".

But am upset why till now no RPRF request came!

Do you have any idea of what that means? Does it also mean LBM is my visa officer?

I have a feeling that tons of people are sending CSE and VOs get distracted and get busy in replying hence delays, Guys my humble request to you all to restrict CSE's unless you really are late in your timelines.PLEASE. ALSO I have heard meaningless CSE annoys VOs and they might delay ur case deliberately
