No one know how the visa officers work unless the process has been published. There are many things a officer considers on each application. Some applicants may receive ppr or early response based on their application such as if its complete, if everything is in order or staight forward. But for some it may take slighly longer time but the reason is unknown except guessing. No body exactly knows whats happening except visa officer.ash73 said:SENIORS PLS COMMENT ON THE FOLLOWIG POST THAT I PICKED UP FROM ANOTHER TREAD

Let me put down what I think is happening on the PPR front:
Applicants to the FSWP program will no longer be processed in the order the application was submitted. We are being ranked based on our eligibility. CEC, PNP and applicants with job offers receive the highest ranks, just like in EE. After a certain number of applicants have completed the MR stage, CIC will draw a few of the highest ranking candidates and issue them PPR-s. Then the rankings start again as more applicants pass MR. After a certain period of time, the next set will receive PPR-s. I already see evidence of this happening. Some people, who submitted applications later, have randomly got PPR, from the same visa office. PPR will now come out in bursts, not in a flow or sequence.
If you are with me so far, let me give everyone the bad news. This means some of us will never get a PPR, if we remain at the bottom of the ranking list. There is no point in looking at the SS trying to analyze when your turn is going to come. It's over for many of us.
One must know that getting PER doesnt guarantee of approval, there are other things which CIO doesnt look at. If your visa office finds any unusual things then they might take time to verify and your application might be on hold for certain period. So we cant really predict whats happening but have faith and wait until you hear officially. Even if your application is rejected you will receive explanation, they cant just disappear your application. If they have very long backlog they might cancel application as a whole like they did earlier, but this time they dont have long backlogs so this isnt expected.
