Let me put down what I think is happening on the PPR front:

Applicants to the FSWP program will no longer be processed in the order the application was submitted. We are being ranked based on our eligibility. CEC, PNP and applicants with job offers receive the highest ranks, just like in EE. After a certain number of applicants have completed the MR stage, CIC will draw a few of the highest ranking candidates and issue them PPR-s. Then the rankings start again as more applicants pass MR. After a certain period of time, the next set will receive PPR-s. I already see evidence of this happening. Some people, who submitted applications later, have randomly got PPR, from the same visa office. PPR will now come out in bursts, not in a flow or sequence.

If you are with me so far, let me give everyone the bad news. This means some of us will never get a PPR, if we remain at the bottom of the ranking list. There is no point in looking at the SS trying to analyze when your turn is going to come. It's over for many of us.
No one know how the visa officers work unless the process has been published. There are many things a officer considers on each application. Some applicants may receive ppr or early response based on their application such as if its complete, if everything is in order or staight forward. But for some it may take slighly longer time but the reason is unknown except guessing. No body exactly knows whats happening except visa officer.
One must know that getting PER doesnt guarantee of approval, there are other things which CIO doesnt look at. If your visa office finds any unusual things then they might take time to verify and your application might be on hold for certain period. So we cant really predict whats happening but have faith and wait until you hear officially. Even if your application is rejected you will receive explanation, they cant just disappear your application. If they have very long backlog they might cancel application as a whole like they did earlier, but this time they dont have long backlogs so this isnt expected.

Dear Seniors,

I received my PPR1 email from LVO about 6 weeks ago and sent them the requested information via email the next day. Since then I haven't heard from LVO regarding my PPR2. My question is that is this normal? Is it possible that it takes more than 6 weeks between PPR-1 and PPR2?

Sir

Drop them a reminder

Sir

Drop an email to your Visa Office , with refrence to your UCI and E File Number , and inform them about addition , and seek their advise as how you can add new born in your application. They will respond with following requirements.

1. New Generic Application Form
2. Additional Family Information form - (You and Your Spouse)
3. Addition Fee CAD $ 150/- - (Request for on line payment)
4.Copy Of Birth Certificate of Kid
5. Copy of Passport of Kid

Hi Juliana,

Thanks for clarification. But, why do they ask the updated information chart in PPR2? as LVO has already asked this to me.

Secondly, I made a mistake, I mentioned my height 172 cm in form, where as in actual it 174 cm, and I am from pakistan, my eyes color I in between black and brown. (it's not completely black nor brown), so I was not sure what to mentioned therefore, I mentioned brown.

Not sure, whether there will be any issue?

They asked that updated info chart twice in our case...
Height and eye color may not be the issue.. in sha Allah..
Anyhow msaeed and seniors will give you the accurate idea
about this...

Hi Ikram,

Yes, I have paid it online, and you can also proceed to pay online. You got to develop your account there and then you can pay. It's very simple and easy. Let me know if you need any help.

Good luck.

I have paid online and submitted the receipt with filled information to LDVO. You need to create an account with CIC, and follow the instructions.
the link is https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en
Once you pay your fees, you will also receive receipt via email or stored in your online account, so print either form, fill the info and mail or email to london visa office. In my case, i sent via post but later i sent online, the same day i received email saying "thanks, updated in your account".
