Hi Faisal,
This is just my observation and may be wrong... i have observed that passports which are sent to VPU processing address are taking more than months ... sameerjaved is the guy on forum got got his passport after 85 days

They asked to send passports on VPU address..
How can we send on some other address??
Is there any applicant sent the passports on other address??

Yes, I am not saying to send it to any other address I am saying if visa officer has asked you to submit the passport to "VPU" address than there is a chance that u will get ur passport in months.... this is what i m observing from difference forum and I may be wrong as well

it has been a while...
I was waiting for MR however, it seems the delay was for a reason, I have emailed LVO and I have got this repl...... this now makes it even longer process

this is the reply

Your application has been reviewed and it has been determined that an interview is required.whe

Your file is now in a queue awaiting interview scheduling and you will be informed of date, once this has been scheduled. The interview will take place in Abu Dhabi.

Each application is unique and it is not possible to compare one application with another with respect to case processing.

anyone else with the same boat.. now even i don't know how long it will take for scheduling the interview..... they said it will take 6 months but they are not sure.... I hate waiting... it stops you from planning...

Hello to all members,

I am in a great confusion since the "decision is made" on my application and i also got email on 17-11-2014 in which CIC asked me to submit all family passports for visa stamping.

The problem starts with my medical expiry date.

Got medical request on 05-11-2013
Medical done 10-12-2013 but kept hold x-ray of my wife due to the pregnancy.
X-ray done after baby birth on 09-06-2014
New born medical done on 18-09-2014

Now i have to submit the passports with in 30 days of the letter which i received on 17-11-2014 till 17-12-2014

Technically my medical will expire with in these date range that is 10-12-2014

Now my question is will the medical be counted from the first date 10-12-2013 or after the x-ray that was on 09-16-2014

I am in great dilemma now please anybody advice me what to do in this situation?
should i submit the passport or should i write an email to CIC for the medical expiry date confirmation

Please submit the passport ASAP you have already wasted 3 days.......get ready for the landing if not possible make a short landing and come back.......there are cases in the past where visa was issued 6 or 7 day before the medical expiry and people had to move in the due time......
