I am one of those unfortunate people, who had the option to select either LVO or Visa office related to their home country (in my case NDVO) but opted for LVO. This entire process of immigration would have been less painful if I had selected NDVO >:(

It has been more than 76 days now since I received PER and there has been no update from LVO. In fact I don't even know where my file is at?

Patience is the only key (especially if VO is LVO) ???

You and i have the same situation. I infact requested india office but cio sent to london. Even if you had requested india cio would have sent to london anyway i think cio decides this according to country of residence although act says we can choose country of nationality. I contacted london office about this but refuse to transfer file to india unless i move from uk. If it was ndvo our process would have been completed by now. Now no option than waiting mate.
If its about 76 days since per then your file might be sent to london as they send aor. If it was sent india then you would have received per by this time. But miracle happens so may be your file is in india.

Don't worry brother. It is not about NDVO or LVO. It is more about luck. It seems none of the VOs are following FIFO accurately.

If you see FSW2014 spreadsheet, you will see 232 NDVO applicants got MR, but none of them received PPR yet.
On the other hand, 33 LVO applicants (early May applicants) received MR, 4 applicants received PPR and another 4 applicants have already got their visas issued. So it looks like LVO is a bit more streamlined.

So if you think in that way, LVO is better these days. What's the use of getting MR early if the next step (PPR) is very much delayed?

Wish you best of luck.

hello!

i need some advise....
i just posted i that i got my MR, PCC and passport copy request recently, Oct 28.

They gave me 30 days for them to receive it all together.

However, in MR instruction, i can do the medical for standard 60days..
and i am having a cough right now due to change in weather.
i am thinking of clearing first my cough beyond the 30 days..
and just submit other required docs..

but how about the 30days that they gave?

need your advise for the safest route....

thank you..

I believe LVO will start processing fswp 2013 applications towards the end of November. I would like to also add that we can make status enquiry from LVO if we feel our application has been with them for more than 120days. It is clearly written on their site. There is no harm in trying.

looking at LVO progress on the other thread it seems they are not going to give us priority like they did with 2011 applicants, this means the 25 months processing period is effectively true

did you get any update for yourself

Go to the clinic and ask for their advise. I don't think a simple cough will affect your medical. I have cough too when I did my medical and everything was fine.

Pls inform what is the second line written in ECase.
Regards

Guys,

I need urgent advise,

LVO has asked me to send passport to london along with updated information chart.

I will be just simply sending via DHL along with return reciept inside the envelop.

Is there any addition action to be done by me?
