Dear mish....trust on God, your medicals would be fine. See, I'd gone through medicals in IOM karachi on Jan 15th and it took 9 days to get the results up-loaded on ecas..........I can recall, when that time I called IOM, they told me that first of all, the results are sent to Islamabad and then to New Dehli (which is CIC regional center). From ND, the results are sent to Ottawa for up-loading. Consider the situation in Islamabad, that may be a factor of some delay.....Trust on God.

What if we don't land in Canada before the child's birth even though our Visa will be stamped (Visa Validity - August 2015) ?

I can then contact my Visa officer after child's birth and ask him about inclusion of my new born in our application ???
Dear Mech,

As far as i have confirmed, if your visas has already been stamped, than you have no option but to deliver this baby in Canada, because if you don't, your new born baby will not have PR visa. so you cannot take your baby with you in Canada. and if you want your baby to get the PR then you have to go through a procedure of almost 1.5 years to bring your new born to Canada.

so its a very wise decision to deliver this baby in Canada or else you will have to wait a long time to get this new born in Canada.

I have also been told that you cannot add this baby in your application at this stage as your file has already been processed and decision has been made.

I had this information from my lawyer, i hope this helps. Good luck.

Luqi @ my case is being handled by LBM too and I had received same reply as your's: like BG checks, minimum 6 months, not for quite some time yet etc. I am from Pakistan living in middle East since long. I believe you should get medical request during this week itself.

No special docs; earlier she requested me to submit FBI certificate for my spouse, updates IMM5406, and updated passport. This time PCC for current resident country, RPRF and IMM5406 again

Hi Guys,

I have submitted passports (including my family) today to Canadian Embassy - Abu Dhabi for Visa Stamping and In shaa ALLAH soon will get it back...

We are plannning to land in this year to Canada and get our PR Cards..

I have a question. My wife is expecting and we are anticipating delivery in February, 2015.. Now the issue is that since I am currently working in Abu Dhabi I cannot leave my wife in Canada alone.. This means I have to come back to Abu Dhabi after getting the PR Cards (while staying in Canada and thus utilizing my annual vacations) and have the baby delivered in Abu Dhabi..

Will there be any issue in this ? How can I apply for my new born afterwards ?

Appreciate any help !!
I have a friend who delivered in Dubai after she got PR, and the result was they didnt accept the new baby to go to canada .. she appointed a lawyer and left the baby with her sister and after months she came back and brokedown in the embassy and saw the embassador, he seemed that he felt sorry for her and accepted the baby papers

Hello Seniors. My FSW application was recieved on 04/04/14 and I got PER on 28/04/14. I received an email from London Office yesterday inviting me for an interview in September then I got a second email almost immediately that "LDN (IMMIGRATION) would like to recall the message, "E000xxxxxx - (My full name) - RIH". Does it mean I should disregard the interview email or what?

The email should be disregarded till further instructions from LVO. You should raise CSE ASAP regarding the same

Mech Warrior,

The best option is to have your new born in Canada. I don't know if you have any close relative in Canada. Your wife and kids can stay with them while you can work in Abu Dhabi. At the time of birth, you can take leave and join your wife for couple of weeks at the time of delivery.

If above is not possible, then second best option is not to land in Canada before the birth of your baby. Just inform your visa officer that you have decided to have your new born in Abu Dhabi, add him/her into your file and then land. Issued visas will be cancelled along with the COPRs. Once you send required forms, supporting documents and fee for new born after February 2015, medical instructions will be issued for new born and later, visas and COPRs will be issued to everyone. But you may have one of the following two situation in this case:

1. You will have very less time, may be couple of months only, if your file is processed faster to land in Canada before August 2015.
2. Due to slow processing, your medical will expire and you including your family will have to go through the medicals again. In that case, you will be getting visas at the end of 2015.

You are the best decision maker in your case, therefore think wisely and make proper decision.

Sherdills,

If you are asking about Schedule A form, then it must be filled for Principal Applicant and Spouse separately. The information for both will also be entered separately.
