no up-date from my end so far............I can just rely on the last communication that VCM replied me on Jun 15 (that your review is anticipated in next month or so)...and by that I's assuming that my PPR would come in Jul, but now with words of next month or so, I realized that it'd come in Aug InShaAllah... pray for me....
Since Jun 15, I've lodged 2 CSE's to date but none got replied....with this I'm assuming that now file has moved to the officer (and no more with VCM), that seems the only reason that VCM is not replying on my CSE's......like the case of Jigzyy where he also did not get replies of his CSE's for some time and suddenly he got PPR....I'm praying that the same would happen for me as well. let's see...

Alhamdolillah recieved request for Passport on Friday. They need to be sent to London before August 28. I am in Melbourne so still thinking how to get them sent. Is the due date by which the passport should reach VFS London or VFS Sydney? Thanks for all the help and support guys!

i received an email from LVO requesting to provide the PCC on july 25 2014.

now the question is, is this normal practice to receive the request to provide the PCC before the request of the medical test? :

Yes, it depends visa officer to visa officer processing our files.........it's normal..chill..and relax....you may get medical request by end of this month.

My wife is a principal applicant. My birth certificate has my father's name only from parents. Is that acceptable? Thanks

Not necessarily, many applicants got first MR and after some time RPRF.

It is not mandatory. But if u want to enjoy full validity of your visa i.e 1 year from your medical, then u have to provide passport with more than 1 year validity. Otherwise, if your passport will expire in 6 months time for example, your visa will be issued to expire also in 6 months time.
