Alhamdhulilah, consultant received PPR email on may 21st, as always they slept on it and called me today and fwded the mail as well.

Noticed that they are asking to send passports to London thru VFS London.

Thanks. Its a single page form asking for particulars of Principal applicant and his family. It includes Surname, Given name, Passport number, Passport expiry number, Height (in cm), Eye colour and native language. They also ask for any changes to family situation.

Country of origin and residence is Pakistan.
