it means they did not set auto reply on this id.....

MM2 I have noticed, the email address LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca doesn't have 'Out of office reply' enabled this is the email address which LVO use to sent out communications (MR, PPR etc)

If you raise the CSE using the web form you will get auto reply from this address London-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

It would be interesting to see how LVO acts for Interviewed applicants. They have personally met applicants so let's see if that cuts down background / security checks time v/s those who are not interviewed after medicals.

Yes, that would be interesting to see how soon they can wrap up the one's interviewed by LVO.
To me this will probably cut down the Eligibility / Criminality /BG checks / SC checks has to undergo with CSIS and 3rd parties that will take their own time, lets keep the fingers crossed and hope for the best.
Future ahead will unfold the LVO's Da Vinci Code ;)

So what do you suggest should we resend the email on London-im-enquiry too. As I have send the email in response to their email of PCC request.

No need, to the best of my knowledge they read out the emails from both the email address, sooner or later they will reply to your query.
