Yes, you should have received an automated response. Check the email address again, and your junk / spam folder. If you are using your office email address, make sure your IT department has not auto-filtered the email.

Which email domain are you using? Hotmail? Gmail? Yahoo?

In that case your office email system is filtering your messages without telling you.

You have to speak with your Company's IT department. They are filtering your spam without even telling you.

I have also sent an email to LDNIMMIGRATION on 19 April from my Gmail account but did not receive any auto generated response.

I sent them an email on 31 March 2014 and immediately received the following email:

The London visa office has received your email. We’ll reply within 28 days. Don’t resend your enquiry. We reply first to emails we consider urgent where the urgency is stated clearly. We only reply to case status enquiries if the processing time shown on www.UnitedKingdom.gc.ca (not www.cic.gc.ca) has passed. If you’ve submitted new information, we’ll update your file without replying.

Back in March i got CSE reply from this ID so thats why i sent CSE to the same ID....

Yes, and PPR2 too, Alhamdulillah. I am waiting for my passports to return from ISD office.
