I got reply in 2 days :o
The starting of reply "dear sir/madam" clearly showing that they replied you with formal answer without getting know the current status of the application. Useless to follow up with LVO... They work in their own style.

4 weeks are officially over and still no movement from LVO. It was good that Visa Officer mentioned "...not to get panic if you do not hear within 4 weeks, because sometimes it gets delayed due to several factors, you will get medicals eventually..."

Sir

Lets pray that "several factors" , are in your favour , and you get your Medicals

Stay Blessed

Dear Madam / Sir,

This is in response to your enquiry.

Your application is in process or waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time.

Our office will contact the applicant when a decision has been made or if further information is required. Immigration decisions and information requests are sent by post or email to the addresses provided in the application.

We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.

S, its just a Standard (may be automatic) reply.

See the lines ...."is in process or waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer."

Both are entirely different. At least LVO has to confirm whether 'in process or waiting' not both.
Just a reply is not an expectation for CSE. Bca'z its a CSE not a general enquiry!!!

If you would have given your email, All correspondence will come to your mail. That's what happening with others.

you need not worry to appoint a consultant.

can you fill your NOC:
VO:
Application filed on:
PER Received date:
Application Transferred: (if you know by AOR, but for LVO you can't get this info.)

Drop them email , and request them to communicate through email. LVO communicates via email

This is not an issue

Rawdah,

It seems that you are almost touching 35 :P :P :P, just kidding.

Well, I was observing that almost everyone is asked to fill in from the age of 18 but most of the MR guys, they weren't asked. That is why I wanted to dig out if Maria & Farhan have filled in from the age of 18 or recent 10 years.

I think, If applicant(s) is 30 to 32 he/she might not be asked to update Schedule A by filling in from the age of 18 but all 32+ will have to update it, unless they have already submitted Schedule A from the age of 18.

By the way, you must disclosed your age as you are not asked to submit by filling in from the age of 18 so that your case may become a basline for everyone.
i was asked by my consultant to fill it since the age of 18 at the time I was preparing my package. I explicitly told them that I can only do it for the past 10 years but they said CIC will come back to you again asking for it, which what they did for others.

Sir

Safest and best practice is to fill from age of 18 , this helps in avoiding any unnecessary delays in processing application

Hi Friends,

It seems so far 50% visa issued by NDVO and almost 80% applicant received MR and passport request.
I am not sure why LVO is too slow, so far they are active for few NOC, and they are not processing our case in Queue.
Some one said LVO got 20 Visa officers but it seems they all are sleeping. It is almost 10 month since most of candidate applied.
If 1 VO process 1 case per month, almost (20*1*10)=200 applicant should received decision.

Waiting time loose interest in immigration process.

Hope LVO will wakeup soon with MR monsoon for everyone.
