hi all

a small silly question regarding the gcms forms if a friend of mine is requesting it from canada... : can I fill out the form by pen and scan it and send it to them or does it need to be typed up ...

once i scan and send to my friend - they will have to hand-write on the same form and scan again to upload the form correct?

please advise.

thanks

Just type & print or fill it by pen, scan and send it over to friend. (S)he'll upload the same electronically on atip website.

Procedure is very simple explained well by Jigzyy.
Advice if you don't want you friend to have access to your GCMS you can use your email address to receive GCMS and also you can apply on your own using your CC. Just take the signature on the form from your friend and apply online https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/

I recently received my COPR and Visa. However eCAS is still showing case status as In Process two weeks post visa issuance. Is it regular?

Congratulations Haral,

Can you kindly share your NOC, Application recieve date

Sherry34,

Your visit to Canada is not required to be reported to LVO but your long stay in Poland is a different scenario. You are on the leave from your current employer & hopefully, if your employer is contacted by LVO, they are going to reply that you are on a long leave. On the other hand, your stay in Poland has already or about to be 6 months and you will have to submit PCC from Poland too. Therefore, it is better to update your current situation to LVO and explain why you are staying at Poland.

This is just my opinion; rest is your decision.

Dear Friends,
I need your suggestions for my case.
I applied for 0211 in June 2013 from Pakistan, got PER in Sep 2013.
After the submission of my application I visited Canada for a conference in July 2013 on visit visa, then since Sep 2013 I am residing in Poland and will remain here till Sep 2014. I am on leave from my last job.
Means there are 3 changes to the documents that I submitted at the time of application.
Now, Should I initiate anything to inform LVO about my trips and the leave from the job or should I wait for LVO email/correspondence and to submit the documents after their email?

Looking forward for your opinion as anyone of you may have read something related to my case at some forum.

Regards,

Sherry

Congratulations Haral.

I know couple of old cases in which one or two lines were never appeared on ECAS. I hope once you land in Canada, it will be updated.

Dear Friends,

Sorry for being away from the forum for a while. Its great to know that the forum has progressed well with several friends clearing their interview stages. Lots of good news pouring in terms of MRs, RFPFs and DMs at the NDVO front. Lets hope that the LVO gets into action now and promptly sends out the MRs and RPRFs to LVO applicants now that most of the interviews have also concluded.

I wanted to update my status that my file has been transferred to the LVO. I sent an inquiry to the CIO regarding my PCCs and they directed me to the LVO. No mention in the email reply as to when was the file transferred to the LVO. My application was received by CIO on 14th May, 2013. Can the administrators please update the LVO applicants Excel sheet?

Many thanks.

Thanks Abu Hasan for sharing your opinion, so should I email them with the details or should I send them the details by post ?
and yes, I will need to obtain PCC from Poland as well but I think it will be required at the end of my stay? or should I proceed for it now as I already spent 6 months here.

You can send an email and also' thro CSE inform the details. If you are staying in Poland with Job offer then give full details. Before you leave Poland take PCC. No need now.

what an amazing silence lvo has gone into...
i hope its the silence before a storm 8) (positive)

waiting game continues, no news from LVO after medicals results have been received status for a month now.

We give ourselves hope for every next week, but I believe LVO is not in a hurry, they are not working efficiently or they are not taking the pressure. It was not tough for them to send MRs for the interviewed ones, on the very next day they reached back to London, but it seems that their priorities are different and they are focused on some other work probably backlogs.

So i hope they will do something in next week but they will show actual speed in April or May to meet the deadline of one year for fsw 2013.

brother forget about 1 year deadline for FSW 2013..... they promised 6 months processing for applicant with AEO..... and you can see my timeline on the left....
