Right you are ! it would be better if you send any missing documents as soon as you get hold of it.

1. Submit a cover letter (along with the PCC) with pertinent information -including but not limited to- UCI, file no, DOB, address, Email.

2. Use courier so that you can easily track your package,

3. Send it to the following address
Canadian High Commission,
Immigration and Medical Services Division,
Macdonald House
38 Grosvenor Street
London W1K 4AA
UK


4. After a few weeks, you can ask them to confirm the receipt of your package (keep the details of the courier tracking)

Dear Silvo,

I am about to post the PCC package to UAE police in order to get the Police clearence certificate. Can you please advise the procedure and requirements of posting the package. How will i get the PCC back from UAE? is there any pre paid envelops I am required to post along with my package? Will greatly appreciate if you can shed some light. I am currently based in Doha.

Sorry for the late reply... Their address was not so clear so i gave my application to a friend of mine residing there to submit it on my behalf (added in a cover letter authorizing him to submit on my bahalf).. If you have that option it would be better and easier to follow up with them and can be done through any police station of the emirate you previously resided in. If you have no one there to do it from you, in the link below is the list of addresses to send it to:

a pre-paid charge of 210 AEDs is required upon submitting the application.

This is pretty standard letter from them. But i hope they will send for MR soon...

I have almost same timeline as yours and I was thinking to send CSE but after your message I think I have to wait because i think they did not touch the June applications yet.

I asked for CSE coz when i inquired about the status of other applicants under my consultant, he said that there are june and july applicants for medical and interview already... so i dont know why i havent heard for my case.

anyway, glad to know someone with the same timeline as mine... cheers we will have our time soon!

i asked my consultant to make CSE for me the other day.. and then yesterday, he promptly forwarded me the email from LVO...
i thought it will take 27 days for them to reply or something

Do they really reply that fast? or my consultant is just pulling my leg?

Any body raised CSE more than one time? will they reply?
Or once you get reply for your CSE anybody asked query again. In my case they said "you will in contact in due course". Means how long will it take any suggestion?

I am also May applicant, but cuz of interviews, I think FIFO criteria is finished now for ever. It seems a random game now.
