when they received fiel in LVO they send it to paper screening desk ..... and after paper screenings they determine the next step (either interview or medical)

I have PREC - 106 - screening in my GCMS made last August and file PA on 23rd of December
what is this supposed to mean?

PA Mean Put away.... program assistant or visa officer instruct other staff to putt file in storage area when they dont need file on their desk....

immigration file process is file received by CIO.... PER....VISA OFFICE... Papers screening.... additional documents request/medicalinterview/backgorund checks........

on 23rd they were ready to send you email regarding your interview.... so thats why they put your file in storage area...

Same goes with me, I think soundless you , me and NM has been interviewed last Thursday and our GCMS notes are exactly the xerox copy.
And I can interpret that in August we had 1st review after the case officer has been assigned. Then on 23rd December last time our files was opened and kept it away. Then on January 20th we had been called for interview.

Yeah, I recognized that we have similar cases ans thats why we were lined up on the same day.

You yourself can apply u just need one form signed by your known in Canada + one latest utility bill copy.
one consent form from your side, you can apply online while applying upload the documents n swipe your cc
Within 30 days j will get GCMS.

what is the basis LVO starts processing the appl. and how the Q is lined up?
Is it App. Filled date ? or PER received date? Or NOC wise?

1.How do i pay the fees for DUBAI PCC?
2.How can I get a pre paid envelop?
3.Once I pay the PCC fees, do i need to attach that document as well.

Kindly advise as I am running short on time.

Fees 110 AED. if you have a friend in Dubai he can apply on your behalf with all documents and you have to authorize him.
Check with UAE Embassy in Qatar. you can get clue.

No I don't have Paper Screening notes at the end of my gcms notes. Here is the summary,

Paper file transfer history:
History 1: Location = PA - put away
History 2 & 3: Location = Registry
History 4: Intransit
History 5: A87- fsw


Notes Heading:

Note 3: Visa officers comment
Notes 4,5,6,7,8 : Label General & Office : GCMS system.


Anyone please guide ....I believe everything is alright so far .

Just realised that my 1st gcms notes in december 2013 and second gcms notes requested on 1st feb are excatly the same . No progress.

It means that there is no work done on my file ? ? ? ? ? thou my application received date is 13th may 2013. What does this mean? ? ? ?

Any one else is in the same situation ? ? ? ? ? ?

Just seen this on the main forum part posted by Jigszyy. He was told at interview that most of the applications would be processed within a year as they have a 1 year deadline - please let this be the case.

In ur 2nd GCMS notes, is there anything mentioned that you previously ordered GCMS notes in August? anything / any notes about gcms notes order..?? ?? I wanted to know if our request to get gcms notes is also recorded in our gcms notes or not?? by the way, whenever, we send any email or cse, it is being recorded in the gcms notes along with the answer from the VO.

Hi Guys,

Visa Office LVO.

Just checked ecas now and it shows
"We started processing your application on February 25, 2014"
don't know when the update came as haven't checked for a long time.

So for all LVO May applicants , check ecas in the coming week as updates are possible.
