No I don't get any official pay slip. I have shown my saving account

Same NOC 3142, Both got additional documents request same day, July & August Applicant.

What I am trying to analyze, they are processing as per NOC , not as per received applications,

In our spreadsheet, there are only two registered applicants with NOC 3142, & now both have received additional document request update. Lets see, if in coming days their e-case changes or not.

Update document request is also a good sign somehow as it is showing some activity/process but it is also causing delays and increasing processing timeline.

I am unable to understand one thing. July and August applicant applications must have reached LVO in October/November. So in 3 months time, what is the logic behind requesting updated documents ? If applications were received 8 months or 1 yr back, we could understand reason, but in 3 months time, what is the logic of requesting updated documents, unless PPC was not submitted in initial request. Once they will receive updated documents, then they will take further 4/6 months for BC Check, so this way LVO wont be able to entertain our request in 1 yr time and I am afraid we will be also become history by being under backlog !

Get the Letter from your employer in official pad, and it must be mentioned that you are a full time employee with monthly salary ... .... , & salary is being paid in case as per company rules and regulations.

update: today got an e mail from LVO asking for some additional documents: -New Schedule A Background Declaration forms for your spouse listing their full personal and address history from the age of 18 to date with no gaps.
-Copy of your marriage certificate with a translation
-Details of your relationship with your spouse: where you met, where you married and documentary evidence that you are in a continuing relationship
-Photographs from your wedding
-Updated police certificates for yourself and your spouse from your current countries of residence

What is your Nationality, country of residence and e-case status.

My suggestion; Do not get ONLY PCC from country of residence but also collect PCC from your home country, if you living outside your home country, as it will save time. I remember one of my relative was asked for PPC from country of residence (UAE), he collected & submitted , and again after 2 months they requested PCC from Home country (Pakistan). so 2 months wasted for nothing. Although they have not asked PCC from home country but there is no harm in providng, it might save time, rather what if they request PCC again at later stage. Good Luck !

i attended interview in Abu Dhabi.... most of the visa officers are in Abu Dhabi so this is the reason you ppl are not listening from LVO..... they are going back to Uk start of next month.... after that they will work really fast.... i had a chance to discuss this with visa officer...

I just hope that after the interview in Abu Dahbi, LVO would really move faster in processing applications. Although they have got interview scheduled in London for March, that should not slow them down. I just hope LVO is done with issuing interview call. If not, the next round of interview call may be in Abu Dahbi again for April and then in London for May. But I don't think LVO has got the resources to conduct interviews at short intervals. LVO should step up and send MR. Previously, they invited NOC 2174 and 1112 for interview. Just yesterday, they asked 2 applicants (NOC 3142) to send updated documents. If they are dealing with applications on NOC basis, then my guess is that other NOC's beginning with "3" should expect emails too from LVO in the week ahead.
