ONE MORE DAY GONE, AND HENCE ONE MORE WEEK GONE, NO ACTIVITY ON LVO PART

Days and weeks are passing with a hope to hear something from LVO, but nothing happening , neither for self nor with other Applicants !

So, now again wait ................wait for a next week ! Sounds it will be continued like this, for how Long God knows,

till we can only cheer/wishing/congratulating NDVO applicants ; as real activity is going up there !

I just can't comprehend this long silence from LVO and the way they pick applications for processing. Unless they are doing BG check together with security for May-July applicants, that could explain the reason why we have not heard from them. Waiting continues.

Drop a note to Visa Officer explaining your maternity leave , and its break up.

How shall I drop a note? in the form of an explanation letter which I should send by mail? or just an email? there was consultant that I have spoken to and he said that there is no need to send an updated background declaration form for the same reason that you and some other members mentioned; that I was still employed with the same company after delivery.. the consultant said I should not worry about it..

I juast want to learn one thing, when we say LVO doing BG CHECK, SO LOOKING to NDVO speed at which thy are issuing visas, so how did they complete BG checks? and on the other hand we say that files r picked randomly for BG check

45 days to receive your GCMS note is fine from an external agent. Mine took 30 days because a friend of mine in Canada made the request on my behalf.

It is difficult to predict how LVO carry out their activity. There is no justification as to why certain cic offices are working so hard in processing applications at a very fast pace while others are lagging behind. It is just unfair.

Thanks msaeed, my consultant informed me that they already sent email to lvo, they told me also to go ahead with my medical while waiting for other forms. I will have my medical tomorrow...
