Dear Mates from UAE,

Anyone has completed and got Immunization Forms certified by a Doctor in UAE for his/her kids?

I'm also waiting for a reply for this. I heard the family paed can fill it and the forms are required. Please let me know if any doc helps you to fill this

Salam and Hello Forum Mates,
I am August 2013 applicant and got a medical request on 14.August.2014 for my self and for my wife. Basically I am currently based in London, UK and my wife is in Lahore, Pakistan. I done with my Medicals on 20.August.2014 which hopefully going to upload on coming Tuesday as there is Bank holiday on Monday.
My query is that I booked Medical for my wife in IOM Lahore by email and they assign date of next month which is 09.Sep.2014. Is there any way I can re-arrange appointment for early days? I got there number but I think its not working for appointments anymore.

Actually, my kids were vaccinated at Family Health Clinic run by Government. My first try isn't successful when I approached Paediatrician whom we normally visit in a private Hospital; he refused to certify stating that it should be certified by a Doctor in Family Health Clinic. When I visited Family Health Clinic with completed Immunization Record Form, they asked me to book appointment, bring the kids to the clinic, Doctor will see the kids, and will certify. They told me that it will cost AED 450 per child , too much expensive. I decided not to do it and will look for other possibilities.

Call them early in morning like 8:00 clock , otherwise u cant get them for the whole day

I didn't find it very expensive compared to Etihad, Qatar and Saudi. For a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 childs), it will cost approx. AED 16K to 17K (CAD 4.5K to 5K).

Please share the costs involved as well.
