ICAS took 1.5 month in my friend's case....

Actually! time period of ICAS is 8-10 weeks

no its not necessary .... but these days courier companies are not delivering passports to CHC....

Senior members, I am hopeful that I am going to hear good news from LVO soon, in the form of PPR2.

Can you suggest generally how long it takes to get PPR 2 after ecas is updated to decision made?

Hope you all are doing great.

Yesterday we got our passports back with Visas and COPRs Alhamdulillah!!

I have one question, in my Wife's COPR martial status is mentioned as Married, however my COPR is exhibiting single in martial status.
BUT, dependent information is correct in each other COPRs. At the time of my application, I was single.

Shall I ignore or get it corrected and how?

Buddy, it is very straight forward; for degree from UK, he will follow instructions for UK and for degree from Pak, he will follow instructions for Pak.

By the way, for Canadian Immigration, he needs to submit ECA for highest degree unless his highest degree is not equivalent to Canadian degree of same level. To get full points for education, ECA only for highest degree is enough. If his Master's degree gets equivalency of Canadian Bachelor degree, he won't get 23 points rather 21 points and if he also submits Bachelor degree for ECA, then he will get 22 points for 2 Bachelor degrees.

Since his Bachelor's degree may have an issue to be assessed by WES because he may get a note on the report that University is not recognized, therefore he should consider other assessing authorities.

Buddy, that's my question. Which country should be followed?? Should he follow the requirements for U.K or should he follow the guidelines for Pakistan? Also another issue is that, the university, from which he has completed his bachelors, is not listed in the recognized universities by WES. So should he be worried about this as he is going to get an equivalency for degree from U.K??
