I also have received email just today to submit supplementary information form. My VO has acknowledged that they have received RPRF (paid online), updated schedule A, PCCs. Whereas we have done with medicals on 7th July.

Dear Mates,

I need your urgent advice in the following matter:

My 3rd line " your medicals have been received" added in 15th July (the day before yesterday).

Just now I have received an e-mail from VO stating

"Thank you for submitted the requested documents. In addition to the documents you've submitted, the following information is required:

- Supplementary Information form. This file is attached to this email and must be completed by all family members over the age of 18."

The attached form contains

PARTICULARS
1. SURNAME A) NOW
B) AT BIRTH
C) OTHER SURNAMES
Indicate sex male or female
2. FORENAME(S)
3. DATE OF BIRTH
4. PLACE OF BIRTH
5. CITIZENSHIP
6. FULL ADDRESS/ES FOR LAST TEN YEAR PERIOD (including present address)
7. OCCUPATION/S FOR LAST TEN YEARS (up to and including present occupation, full details)



I never seen the above format previously. Is it very common thing ? Is it like additional Information chart or PPR1? I am bit worried. I submitted updated schedule A form then what is the meaning to ask the same information again?

DO u recommend sending a courier aswell... :-\

Dude, I lost the email , sending LVO request to send the email again.

Please, don't use AOL account.

lol. If you are sure that it was stage 2 application (excerpt / preview of the email), then they request, 2 passport photos of each family member, write name & application number on each photo at the back. All original passports that were sent on Stage 1 & Mailing Address Label. I can send you that if you need it.

Update !!!

With the blessing of Almighty Allah, I have received passports with PR visas stamped along with the COPRs. I have also received forms for my kids vaccination record to be filled in and bring with me to Canada.

Just for information, visa issued date is June 26th which is also the date on which I received PPR2 email.

recevied passports back from Abu Dhabi embassy 15 minutes ago with that exotic maple leaf visa 8) 8) 8) 8) 8) 8).
I sent it to them on 28th June.

Finally, after 4+ years of wait....................

now the questions is.........ub kiya karoon?

Finally, I received PPR this morning. I have also been able to submit my passport at VFS London this afternoon. The email contents are the same as what was described by Hila01.
