I got PPR1 yesterday after CSE to LVO, My medical was done on March 15/2014.

Now my Passport will expire on Feb 15/2015 (after 9 month) should i renew it now for visa stamping or it's OK to send it with this 9 month validity ?

I would appreciate your urgent replies

Renew your passport , if possible
As renewal in Canada will cost you in terms of efforts and time , and one never knows when he has to travel back in case of any emergency back home

I just stumbled across this site now, registered and then posted this question.
Please, I need some advice. My UK visa expires in August 2014 and I am yet hear from LVO. What should I do?

Is it possible to change my visa office to my home country? OR
Can I email LVO to ask for information on what to do?

Please, anybody who has been or who knows someone in this situation should inform me.
My application was received on 25th October last year and I got PER in December 2013.
I am really worried that I may not be invited for interview or have COPR for Canada before my visa expires.

I have received my PPR1 and emailed my passport copies & updated information chart to LDNIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca.
question : is it fine to send passport copies & information chart to above email id or i should generate case specific inquiry

I think passport cannot be renewed before 2 - 4 months (max).

Yes I have received email from the same email id. further I got system generated acknowledgement.
PPR 1 includes Passport info, height eyes colour and native language.

Is CIIP arranged and managed by Govt of Canada or is it a private forum?

If it is a private forum, Is it safe to attach Medical Request Letter while registering with them for CIIP Session as medical letter contains all the file and UCI info?

Still no update from LVO and no mail for RPRF :-\

Buddy wait......I received first reply (telling me that file is awaiting review by Immigration Officer) on Apr 03, 2014 and then on May 13, 2014 I received RPRF email.

What I have noticed recently about CSE, when LVO receives our CSE and they see that they have any kind of update in queue for us in the next 2 ~ 4 weeks, they are not replying us, instead applicants are getting PPR1 or any other kind of update that was pipelined. They are replying to those for which they haven't have any update in queue for the next 1 month.

hmmm... I am also waiting for a CSE response for few days 8) , u too? Lets hope and pray our wishful thinking comes true... Moreover during interview, VO had mentioned visa very much possible for summer landing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
