Why don't you file a legal suit against them?
It is not necessary. My application is currently under review.

Dear MariaMaria_Sal said:Hi msaeed....
i dont have words to appreciate the patience by applicants before 2013 despite the fact that 'one year visa issuance promise' made by minister made us all impatient here...
n to be frank...we are still living on the excitement that things will be easier & faster for us (fswp 2013) inshaAllah
anyhow we can all never come to a conclusion...only LVO can help us.....
im faithful in only one fact now....whatever time Allah swt has decided for us to get canada PR will be the best time decided by Him....
all my prayers with u msaeed and all those applicants who have applied before us...cheers
but i would still add...disappointing to c lvo sleeping on our applications while quite a few visa offices got active....'Clerk Badshah rules' i hate u

We need to understand fact that they have combined processing of almost all muslim countires in LVO.
Pakistan is a Red Alert Country , Pakistani applicants have to go special screening , this adds more time.
But situation is not so bleak as it seems to be - My cousin applied in "Computer Professional" NOC , in May 2013 , got PER in October 2013 , got medicals on November 25,2013 , have received request for submission of passports yesterday.
He is lucky one , he is planning to land in June , as his meds will expire in December 2014.
LVO picks files on golden principal of "Akar Bakar Bambee Boo" , this is for sure that FSW 2013 applicant's will be processed / supposed to be processed earlier / fatser than all other applicants.
If I quote my example , my case seems to be very simple to process , in last 5 years Canadian high commission Islamabad has issued business visa to me two times . my first business visitor visa was for 2 years 5 months , and current one is valid for 5 years. My credentials are same ie same for Business visa and for Immigration Visa Application ie same job , same employer , same education , JD and all letters signed and verified by same signatory
Inspite of all this LVO lost my file , and I traced this back in September 2012 -
LVO has policy of its own , they process files in a mixed percentage. ie some from pre 2008 , some from MI 1 , and some from ohers
Search for their statics on www.data.gc.ca , you will a clear idea.
Have a blessed life - Ameen

I really appreciate your sincere replies each time.
Could you please throw some light on your cousin's case, I believe last month also you have given his example.
Does he also belongs to Pakistan, is he working in Pakistan or in UAE ?
Do you think people from India (non Muslim) are expected to get medical call early from LVO?
Best of luck , may you get your wish soon , with grace - Ameenhila01 said:It is not necessary. My application is currently under review.
