Guys just to share with you which may help others as well regarding POF. I mailed to them about POF for past 6 months in reply. they said

-regarding proof of funds: we require proof that you have the minimum necessary settlement funds maintained (in a bank account or elsewhere) for an extended period of time.

What does it mean by Extended? : : : does it says 6 months OR could be like Money has to be in Account for sometime and that's it?

I got an impression that they want to see ONLY Amount Availability for certain period NOT for Whole 6 Months. Whats Your Take on it? :-* :-* :-*

I have to waited for about 2 years in CIC and before it 1.5 yrs in HRSDC .....hmmmm a very long period for a fast track applicatioin........anyways I am thankful to Allah for all His mercy and limitless bounties!

Dear Applicant:
Your application has reached the final stage of processing. The issuance of your permanent resident visa will be a two step process.

I think you'll be fine with 4 months history as you'll be there to explain it.
Regarding "extended" I think they mean you didn't just get given it before providing a statement!

Guys looking for your help. I posted this 2 pages ago. But Unfortunately NO REPLY. Guys I got Interview call on May 13, 2014 at London Office. Countries are UK/Pakistan. NOC 0211. June Applicant. FEW QUESTIONS who already successfully passed the Interviews. SHARE YOU EXPERIENCES

POF

1- Bank statements covering the past 6 months. Are they asking about Amount must be MAINTAINED for past 6 months or Not. What you Interview Guys Present and say?

2- My Account opened 4 months ago doesn't cover 6 months. What you all suggest. does it effect?

3- Additional proof of employment in NOC 0211.. What I need to show them? i.e. Offer Letter, Contract or what?


CURRENT EMPLOYMENT STATUS[/b][/u]

4- Your current employment contract, official letter and payslips from the past 3 months;. I am working as a Self-Employed (Director of own Company). TRICKY thing is name of my company in UK is same as Name of Employer in Pakistan (For NOC 0211). Does it comes as positive/negative or effect anything on my process?

Please give YOUR EXPERT and EXPERIENCED Opinion. Running out of Time.

First and foremost they want to confirm is ur experience in the NOC, prepare for a grilling on that and plan to explain things clearly.

1. I had 6 months POF, but interview officer didnt bother to ask . Better to have for 6 months more or less amount maintained, i guess.

2. Take previous account stmt, if possible.

3. previous and current employer reference letters should do, if it covers all details. payslips, take any letters on company letter head that adds support to ur NOC.

4. IN general payslip and letters should help, since u own your company, not sure, but i guess u can take along your company related docs, financials, government regn papers, any third party related documents/transactions to prove u really doing what u claim. You r the best person to decide what supports your case from the documents u have.
