Guys, in their email to me, they're saying "early 2014" - plz recall last year almost at the end of 2012 CIC was saying that in early 2013 they would be updating the new FSW criteria for 2013 and I think it was in Feb end or early Mar when they actually announced FSW 2013 criteria. I mean / I feel as per CIC dictionary, EARLY 2014 would mean any time frame starting Jan 02, 2014 to Mar 2014.................coz that is the only way I can comprehend term "early 2014"........what do you guys think about it??

I agree with you pharmacistfarhan. Early 2014 starts from 2nd of January. My instinct tells me that there could be some activity from LVO in the first week of January (2nd and 3rd). One of my friends from fswp 2011(now in Canada) got his MR on the 3rd of January 2013. Hopefully Guys, get ready for MR.

Dear 2013 Applicants, I pray that all applicants can get Medical Request( MR) as earliest but wana told u that still 2012's applicants are waiting for MR as I have applied in Oct- 2012 as FSW under AEO and PER with file No recived in Dec-2012 and since then my status shows In Process and waiting for MR as almost 14 months passed .

Can you tell us your timeline comparing to your NDVO mates? have they been processed faster as in FSW2013?

I dont know about NDVO as my visa office is London (LVO). Also dont know that what is my latest application update as online status shows only "In Process" and dont know when I will recive any update from LVO.

Awan, I think you should raise a CSE if you have not. If you have, what is their response? I guess yours is selected for background check.

#Faisal, no one has received any bg verification call to their employees yet.
Even the ndvo people also who are receiving mrs have not received any call.

Under review means they are starting to process it I guess which is good sign. Yesterday Rawdah received an email from LVO saying that his/her file awaits review.
Overall, seems like "Early part of 2014" is a valid action point

I think job verification happens in random bases or when the assessor feels like. Abu Hassan can make an input as well

yes i agree if your job related docs fully satisfy the officer then he wont make any call to your employer.

Agreed with Luqi,,,,,,those who submitted appointment letter, work experience and paystubs ....those employer are rarely called ....often it happened when a person submit only Experience letter .......
