Hi Friends (May month applicant)

Last week I sent email to LVO to confirm that they receive my PCC and questions about application progress.

LVO does not answer about my PCC document but they reply with general answers as follow,

Thank you for your message. Your file is in queue to be reviewed by the immigration officer. We are currently unable to advise when this review will take place, however, please rest assured that we will contact you as soon as we are ready to further process your application. There is no further information or document required at this stage.

I think we have to wait 18-24 months for COPR.

In 6-8 months they will start processing and 12-15 months they will send MR and 15-20 of PP request and 24 COPR.

We are in very slow moving dream!

But I salute NDVO for their fast process.

Lets hope for the best.

Same thing with me. Raised CSE yesterday about the confirmation of my PCC submission and status of my application, got the reply today from Client service unit:

/Your application is in process or waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time.
Our office will contact the applicant when a decision has been made or if further information is required. Immigration decisions and information requests are sent by post or email to the addresses provided in the application./

The good thing is now they reply CSE on the same day or the next day.
May Applicants should raise CSE and ask about their case status. Atleast this will make them realise that May applicants are not sleeping and their one year is going to complete next month. Now, I will raise CSE next month on 4th May or 13th May.

Seems my application is untouched at LVO for the last 10 months, 2 gcms notes shows the same :-\

What is the meaning of CSU's reply? at what stage the application is?

REPLY IS TOO DISAPPOINTING ENOUGH TO MAKE MY DAY BAD

Your application is awaiting officer review. We will contact you again as soon as we are able to, however, you should note this may not be for quite some time yet. You need take no further action at this time.

PS:- however, you should note this may not be for quite some time yet............what does it mean ? No chance in coming 2-3/4 months ? I am 05 july Applicant, got PER on 5th October 2013

Other than waiting.... we can send CSE, But LVO is having standard answers.

At least it will show them that May applicants are looking for some progress.

If it ok you shall include that "As a may 2013 applicant I request you to update the tentative date for my MR or next communication, I could see some progress on FSW 2013 applicants. As I am under the market demand occupation applicant (FSW 2013) I hope LVO will support me to settle fast in Canada with available demand now"

That's exactly understand. what is the criteria of choosing and processing applications ? May are waiting few july applicants got Updates and MR, once Dec guy got status update. Is it because my NOC 3216 is least popular or what ? I don't think so DATE/MONTH OF APPLICATION Does matter any more ! NDVO May applicants are packing bags and could even land now in Canada, & we all are stuck.

If my application is kept in shelves for furnishing purpose as being july applicant, then why May applicants are not getting updates ? Why few other July got updates & MR ?

What is going on ? In interview they claimed to finish applications in 1 year and determined to do so, Does it look like ?

I am too disappointed

My friends and cousins who filled applications after 1 year of mine , in my stream , are Canadian PR , and one of them have completed his Two Years !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Minister promised us 8 to 12 months!!!!!

As a Positive side

when we (LVO Appl) get our PPR, then we will get fast CoPR and visa. ;D

the time line of old appl.:
Passport Req..: 02/02/2014 - DM 11 FEB
VISA ISSUED...: 14/02/2014

Whereas in NDVO PPR to CoPR is 30-70days :-X

Lets hope and see some positive side, to manage our Tension
