If CIC direct LVO (comparing with other VO progresses on 2013 appl) we shall expect some more progress.
Otherwise our waiting time continues.. expecting every day as a Good Day :-\

Hmmm the ecas update ppl should definitely keep an eye on their inbox ...wish the same for others tooo.. 8)

Last week I sent email to LVO to confirm that they receive my PCC and questions about application progress.

LVO does not answer about my PCC document but they reply with general answers as follow,

Thank you for your message. Your file is in queue to be reviewed by the immigration officer. We are currently unable to advise when this review will take place, however, please rest assured that we will contact you as soon as we are ready to further process your application. There is no further information or document required at this stage.

I think we have to wait 18-24 months for COPR.

In 6-8 months they will start processing and 12-15 months they will send MR and 15-20 of PP request and 24 COPR.

We are in very slow moving dream!

But I salute NDVO for their fast process.

Lets hope for the best.

I really really hope so! I just wish they issued all May applicants with MRs at one go

After reaching the file to Visa Office, first of all - as per their own system / practice, the file (s) is allocated to specific visa officer. At that stage, upon CSE we use to receive reply like "dear applicant your file is awaiting review (or under review) by an immigration officer" - this basically eligibility review by visa officer where he matches the applicant against MI for re-assuring the points and counts on 6 selection factors, though it had already been done at CIO level.
After his satisfaction, he sends MR (or MR + RPRF) to the applicant and at the same time file info is forwarded to CSIS for BG security clearance. The applicant then gets hang-up in his / her medicals and in 62 to 110 days CSIS (normally, after request to CSIS by VO), BG checks get completed and the advice is sent to VO. This is usually the time when VO has gotten medical reports as well. He needs to review all the file finally - just to make sure that every thing is in-place. After final review by VO, PPR comes..............

This is what my understanding is.

Visa Officers are final authority , who are bound to review case and finalize , they can turn down any decision of CIC
Every step at VO is reviewed / checked by at least Two Visa officers.
Security & criminality is checked before medicals are send - Its normal process

Yes only my reply till now is different. I am not sure if travel history is making any difference as all my traveling is mainly in the EU, NA, ME... Travel history of i-Man is also almost same as mine...lets see....we can not say anything about the pattern until the first PPR request arrives...lets have patience and keep praying

As far as my experiences serves , that all above replies are "Standard Replies".

Security & Back Ground Checks takes Max of 6 months - at the time of Business / Travel Visa issuance - England do this in 01 month , Australians do this in 1.5 Months , Canadians do this in 60 Days , EU do this in 15 Days , Americans can take max of 2 years , but normally it takes 06 months.

These responses from Visa offices are Routine Responses - Wait for your turn , LVO will do what is due as per their schedule.
There are several rulings in British , US , Canadian and EU courts about delays in Visa Offices , and every time courts quote that " Processing in regard to Security is a sensitive issue , and court cannot interfere"

Finally, speculations on online RPRF payments are over... I sent an email on london-im-enquiry and got reply with in 3 mins ;D

You must send a bank draft. We cannot accept credit card payment.
