Oh!! iMan, After Medical this reply is strange!!

Whether your 3rd line updated on ECAS or Not? When?

Is it that CSE being replied without checking the each case? Is the reply says "Dear Sir/Madam" or at least your name?

Hi goalcanada, the third line was added in around one week after the doctor has uploaded the results online.
The CSE was very generic, it started with "dear applicant", but I think it's logical as maybe you don't have just one officer handling the life cycle of your application, maybe the application after medical results and security checks is waiting for another officer to take the decision.
Lots of maybe's but let's wait and hope for the best.

Don't worry Maria, your security checks must be running. As VO has done his/her part and now he/she is waiting for security checks report from external source, therefore your file must has been put away. Now your file will be opened either on the receipt of security check report or next queue date.

Hi guys...I received another reply from vcm who is program assistant today regarding my CSE.
he/she says that my file is awaiting review by an immigration officer n they will be in contact with further instructions once the review has taken place. They also mentioned tht passport copies r updated.


im actually confused n surprised with their reply as I was thinking they would mention abt bg checks running.


any ideas guys...?

Your BG security checks must have been completed and VCM must have received the CSIS report and finally your file is in queue for PPR issuance - see it this way. Don't get confused.....InshaAllah you'll be getting PPR soon.

Right after my medicals I wrote LVO via CSE asking to let me know the progress of my case. VCM replied (BTW I also got the response from VCM) that "at this point in time, routine background checks are running and we are waiting for the results to be received" - I also shared his / her reply in the forum. In his / her reply, by using word "results to be received" it is apparent that LVO is waiting the results to be received from some other party / authority.

Dear Applicant,

Please be advised that your application is currently awaiting review by an immigration officer. Your police certificates have been received by our London office.

We will be in contact with further information once this review has taken place.

Dear Anyi, really sorry to hear about your case. Anyway don't give up. If God wish, sure you will reach to your destination.

One suggestion I am not sure whether it may help, raise a CSE. Explain your concern including interview experience.

Hi Maria,

Though I didn't lodge CSE recently (the last one I did in end Jan, right after uploading medical results) and got the reply regarding BG checks.
Just yesterday I couriered our police clearance certificates, likely to be delivered to LVO on Monday some time. I will lodge CSE in coming week towards the end of the week so that I can also ask them to give acknowledgement of PCC's and would specifically ask them the progress of my case as of now.

Out of so many "maybe's", I can best feel that now this is the stage of Final Decision, for which VO must review all the things before issuing PPR. Good luck buddy.
