Urgent help needed,

Please I will like to know how to raise CSE and GCMS so that I can at least know my application status and when this waiting will end.

Rai sb...background checks from Pakistan take 4-8 months...so just chill and relax. We have very efficient people working in our govt departments so its not fault of LVO...I applied for PCC from Pakistani embassy in UAE and they gave me 8 months time to check, if its ready or not...so the same time may be required by our lovely institutions for background checks.

Rao sahib I can't understand one thing that some people applying from pakistan have faster application process while others are still waiting for updates they have same agencies for verifications I think this entirely depends on LVO VO who are making delays in most of cases

Just now finished sending, another CSE today in order get medical forms which LVO promised to send within two to three days and today is going to complete the third day, still Medical Forms are not received.

Meanwhile the doubtful LVO / CIC staff continue to pop-up in my LinkedIn profile. And strange thing that today there are 7-Of CIC staff looking at my LinkedIn Profile. I invite all of them to come to my office and I shall not only tell but show them what jobs and duties I am performing

Is there anyone else on the forum who has noted such activity of the CIC staff , viewing their LinkedIn profiles?

It went down at exactly 8am canadian time. Let's see how much time it will take to get back normal. Normally during upgrades never experienced this before.

Sir in my view...it entirely depends on your base....the agencies have to verify from the agencies of our home town...they are interconnected....the process for background check in not difference than the process of PCC...for example...if I live in an rural area..i will approach to the DCO office for PCC...they will send my papers to the relevant tehsil police station...that police station will send to the village police station...that police station to the village counselor etc..so its a time taking exercise but our genuiness is verified from our birth place.....

it depends on case to case basis...like if I someone lived / lives in Islamabad/Karachi/Lahore on a registered address...he is easily verifiable rather than the person I mentioned above....

In my view...it always linked with the number of family members and the countries lived and the areas lived etc.

Thanks Rao sb for information about approximate time taken in BG checks ...One question arise..what the Hell LVO is doing then by keeping file for 10 months and now letting me know it's in BG checks phase....it means they also have poor system in Govt departments where the keep files for ages and then put the ball in court of verification agencies etc....You must have received PPR by now, did you raised CSE ?

Alhamdulillah I have received the email for RPRF and Update Schedule Forms

But their is one form Call IMM 5645 for family information. This form looks strange to me as there is no option for permanent residence on top of the form. Is there anyone who received the same form or they sent it by mistake?

Kindly advise.

Today ECAS changed from In process to Decesion made.
My timelines on left. My VO is RIH.

Hello all.. Got an update to share.. I received the PPR mail two days back and my Ecas changed to Decision made today

My timeline is as below:
Application received : 5 Dec 2014
Per date : 23 Feb 2015
SLU. : 17 Aug 2015
TLU. : 17 Sep 2015
PCC, RPRF : 21 Sep 2015
MR request : 30 Sep 2015
Medical done : 7 Oct 2015
PPR : 2 Nov 2015

My visa officer is BWJ.
