I raised CSE on 11th October 2015 and got reply on 19th October that my application is yet to be reviewed. Shall I now raise another CSE or wait for sometime ?

My advice will be wait till at least 15th November 2015 and raise another CSE on 15th Nov 2015. Did you order your GCMS notes? If not then it is the good time to order it now. Because if you will order today you will get it after around 45-days. Therefore it is better to order GCMS notes now.

Hi All,

I have a question regarding spouse visa filing after visa issued for entry for first entry. What are the ways to apply for spouse visa before landing for the first time? is it possible?
If its not possible then If I go for short landing and come back and get married after getting PR at Canada address then can I apply for spouse visa after that while remaining outside Canada?
Is it necessary to be in Canada for spouse visa ?

Hello, I also received MR and RPRF request from RIH, both at the same time. Please check your Spam / Junk folder for the email containing Medical Instructions.

If you dont have your passports then the medical email gives you alternative document options.

Hi everyone. Today I received an email from RIH regarding medical and RPRF. But the email said that medical forms will be sent in separate emails. After that no further email regarding the medical forms. So what is the next procedure.
Another query. Are passports mendatory requirement for medical.

Guys,

Some recent development on my case.

After 1 year, I decided to send a UK PCC to LVO. I sent them a scanned copy and the following morning to my amazement, they sent me an email with my file number asking me to send the originals. First time I will be seeing the file number by the way.


So I sent the policr reports on Friday and on Tuesday, they contacted me for the first time since Feb 2015 asking for my PCC from Nigeria, updated Schedule A forms and travel history plus a copy of my new passport.

Bottom line is I think the PCC triggered the activity on my case or is it just coincidence?

I have a confusion. Since the start of my application only one mailing address was showing in my ECAS.Last month after my interview I had two addresses one mailing (PO Box ) and one residential updated in ECAS by CIC. Now again after Tuesday update of ECAS it's only one address again, same old mailing address.

Why they added residential and now y they removed?
No other updates

Yes sometimes upfront things do bring positive impact to the application. It is highly possible that your Program Assistant has put a date to ask you for those updates and this date might be ahead and your PCC made him see your file again.

If everything goes fine depending on your Schedule A Form, expect a MR within 2 weeks. All the best.

Why don't you ask the status of your application by sending CSE to your VO.
Also, it is right time now to order GCMS notes to know in details that where your application has reached.
