I can't believe after receiving a email from visa officer, "Dear Applicant, Visas are now ready for issuance. Please see attached letter."

Received a reply from DRD that my file is currently in process. Previously I was corresponding with MCH for additional documents, what does in process mean ? processing started ?...since my ecas not showing 2nd line update of processing.

dont worry abt 2nd line. u will receive some sort of communication soon whether it be medical request or further documents. most probably it will be medical

After MR requested, 2nd line updated last week, and RPRF and Updated Schedule A were requested yesterday.

I just underwent for my medicals at IOM Karachi. Will appreciate if any body may answer my below query.

1. Do i need to send the copy of my medical receipt to LVO as i have already sent rest of required docs (RPRF receipt, Schedule A, Updated Information Chart, copy of PP etc) already through courier as well as in soft form through email.

2. If yes then soft copy will serve the purpose or i need to send the hard copy through courier as we all.

Thanks for your support. BTW i will share my medical exp for rest of group members knowledge shortly.

No need.. medical reports are sent by IOM directly to lvo within 2 3 days..
U ll get ur tlu within few days..

In my case LBM specified in the email not to send the receipt of medicals in any form so I didnt.

My VO is BWJ and he wrote it (see below) and demanded this along with other docs.


Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.
-Updated forms which are available on our website:
• New Schedule A/Background Declaration Form for you and your spouse since the age of 18. This form must be fully complete. Each month must be accounted for and listed.
-Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee

-Medical results (you will receive a separate email with instructions)

-Please complete and return the attached Updated Information Chart

-Updated copies of the passport biopage for yourself and each family member
