1)-objective evidence of your employment as a financial manager, this can include (but is not limited to): tax documents, pay slips, proof of salary deposits into bank account, photos of the company, organizational charts, brochures/financial statements from the company)

2)-proof of provenance of funds (i.e how funds were accrued and why, given that you have resided in the UK for over 4 years, no evidence of funds in the UK has been presented)

3)-explanation regarding your daughter xxxxx **we note you have included xxxxl on your IMM5406 forms but have not included her in your IMM8 form nor have you provided any of the required documents or processing fee for her**

Please note:
All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable.
The above information/documents must be received in our office within 30 days from the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the High Commission at the address indicated below.

Keep calm. They have just asked for a few more documents.

1. It seems they are not convinced of your designation as a Financial Manager from the documents that you have submitted. So, do submit proof (the documents they have asked for or other official docs) that state your designation as Financial Manager.

2. They are asking for the source of your funds. Perhaps you have shown them a lumpsum amount in your account, but not where it has come from.

3. Whether family members are accompanying you to Canada or not, they have to be included in all forms.

Raise a CSE. You will need to submit the generic form, additional family information form, birth certificate and fee for the child.

Guys good news to share!!! Received my passports back via aramex from Abu Dhabi VO today (sent on 09-04-15 received 30-04-15)! Best of luck to everybody for the remainder of their process!!! If I could be of any assistance to anyone please let me know I shall stick around! Total process took 251 days!
