This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:
1)-objective evidence of your employment as a financial manager, this can include (but is not limited to): tax documents, pay slips, proof of salary deposits into bank account, photos of the company, organizational charts, brochures/financial statements from the company)
2)-proof of provenance of funds (i.e how funds were accrued and why, given that you have resided in the UK for over 4 years, no evidence of funds in the UK has been presented)
3)-explanation regarding your daughter xxxxx **we note you have included xxxxl on your IMM5406 forms but have not included her in your IMM8 form nor have you provided any of the required documents or processing fee for her**
Please note:
All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable.
The above information/documents must be received in our office within 30 days from the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the High Commission at the address indicated below.
