I thought to raise a CSE you had to be over the waiting time stated on processing times. London office it states 34 months. Would I really need to wait that long?

Dont wait further and raise CSE now.
Your timeline is similar to mine.
The reply i got a week ago was "Application waiting to be reviewed"

Check if file number is mentioned on this mail. If yes, match it with the file number on your PER for the other application for which you have got the photo request.

Any idea about Abu Dhabi office, how long it takes?

Also searching for an answer, submitted our passports on 15th-Apr-2015,received on 16th in Abu Dhabi thru Aramex by ss im. Anyone who recently got stamped please advice.

LVO only process 3 or 4 applications of NOC 0111 so it seems they are intentionally delaying the process of this NOC.

If it is factual information, then this is not a fair game by LVO.

Do you mean only 3 or 4 from entire stock of 0111 at LVO or this relates to certain period?

i am referring to global spreadsheet if you filter NOC 0111 applications with LVO, only 2 applicants are PPR stage and 2 applicants are on MR stage.

I have raised CSE last month and got standard reply that my app in queue for review.

As per current practice of LVO we have to wait for 6 months after PER to get MR. In the meantime we can raise CSE in order to get update from Visa Officer with the interval of 2 months. After completion of 6 months if MR not comes we must go for GCMS notes

If you see timeline of applicants recently got MR from LVO it ranges between 140 to 170+ days

It took about 100 days to get MR for me!
