Does anyone have solid info. About accepted expiry date of passport for LVO...I mean how much should be left in expiry date of my passport....if we reach that part of visa issue...cause my wife one's expires September 2015.

Ideally one year from the date of PPR, otherwise it will impact your landing time, the rule they follow is that the landing deadline is based on one year from the medical, it will be reduced if your passport expiry is before that to the expiry date of the passport. In your case if you submit the same passport you have to land before the expiry.

My VO is also a LVO and my application was received on June 2, I received PER in september 24th and there has been no MR nor PCC.

It's been exactly 4 months since PER and no MR or PCC, do you think it is okay to contact LVO at this time to request a status update of my application??????? What should we do????

There is no harm in sending the CSE to LVO, you can use the below link to send CSE to LVO.

I just received PER mail. Now I am waiting for MR. I was planning to get marry this year in november. But now I thought to get marry in April.
I am doing this so that I can avoid delay later while sponsoring her.So I plan to get married now before MR and then when VO asks for update info I provide her info also. And this way i can also add her to my app n take her with me
If I marry and provide document proof and pictures of nikah (Legal Marriage Document in pakistan) is it enough to add my spouse to the FSW application.?
??? ??? ???

Anyone has experience with such scenario.?

Yes brother this would be fine if you show as arranged marriage , if you show that you engagement and marriage time is long then they might ask for history like past call and sms log and pictures for them to make sure that you have added her genuinely like in my case when i included my wife they have asked proof from engagement till date so be prepare for that as well and best of luck

There is no proof of engagement seriously. Its like both families ageered to do Marriage direct you see. So If I will get any proof that will be the nikah ceremony only. Not even Rukhsati Walima etc coz that I will do later as I am not getting leave from work

ok then do one thing make a track from the date of nikkha like you are actually married take pictures of outings and maintain pdf verions of call and sms log from your cellular network as a safe side.

Get Married ASAP, Nikha
Have all docs ready nikha nama, Birth certifcate, passport nic and update LVO ...
they will ask u to update generic app form and additional family form

I haven't enclosed my PCC in the initial application and now PER is issued, my question:
- Can I submit the PCC right now although they haven't asked for yet? If I submitted it now, would they ask for another PCC in the near future?

Aoa,
I sent pcc , rprf receipt, passport bio page copy and updated info chart , by email n by post.
To lvo. I sent a confirmation of document delivery email to lvo and they replied that they hvnt recieved my pcc n asked me to email its copy.
So just now i tried to resend the document requested and also attached the screen shot of proof of delivery by courier,
N my email bounced back with message that recipient's mail box is full ......wat shud i do, i think i hv already crossed 45 days limit.
I still have the email i sent. It had pcc along wth other docs. ....

Spouse needs to do IETLS?
What about name change in passport or any change in Maritial status?
Any is needed>?
What if she is still studying in university and have 2 semesters remaining to complete graduation.
