May b pakistan is going through lot of stress and v have problems now internationally for visas

i have studied a researched about lot of cases of applicants from Pakistan from 2011 to date ...... and 60 to 80 percent cases are pending... most are stuck at medical stage as medicals are done and no request for PCC or RPRF .... some applicants have paid RPRF and submitted PCC but they still are waiting for passport request and wait period is more than 1.5 years. i personally know many applicants from this forum and in my friends circle who are stuck at the last stage for last 2 years and there is no communication from LVO.

i believe that this is case of complete discrimination for the applicants from Pakistan by the LVO. some people say that this is not the case but if u randomly pick 10 cases you find the same what i said above. lets hope for the best and hope this year bring good news for long awaiting applicants ....

I would like to share my experience. I got late with my HOT noc and file was sent back, then in 2014 Alhamdulillah I got through.

what I noticed is, those all applicants who have applied on their own are facing these difficulties.

those who applied through good reputed immigration consultants they don't face these difficulties. yes there can be some % of them which is less than 5% I believe. not that case which u mentioned. now I don't know what it has to do with applying through consultant as CIC website says there is no need to apply through consultants. but the fact remains same at least for Pakistani applicants, those who applied through consultants got visa sooner and smoothly than those who applied on their own.

THERE ARE ONLY FIVE 5 authorized immigration consultants in Pakistan which are recognized by CIC, ICCRC, CAPIC, CBSA, HRSDC, IRPA, CSIC and RCIC.

so people applying through these FIVE 5 only get their cases easily and quickly than those who apply on their own or other remaining fraud and crook consultants.

Strange to see RPRF before MR. I think EFL is worst visa officer in LVO. He/she never replies back on your mail and send half information..

its not strange buddy. this year it happened a lot.

I got RPRF 15 days b4 I got MR. I even got PCC 2 months b4 RPRF. my visa officer is CHM.

lvo is working differently for every applicant.

Hi,

Even I received an email from LVO ; they've asked for my personal history pre 2013 (December 2002 - June2003) (which is before the 10year period)
It clearly states to reply via email, my consultant is suggests to refill the entire form(imme5966e)

Would du guys advise, I think I should reply to only what is asked rather than resubmit the entire form, have to reply in 15 days.

Per was recvd on 12th November,2014.

if something suspicious found in your profile they can ask you to submit 20 years history also. u cannot deny or object on that.

who is your consultant? why he is asking you to submit and fill the form? when charging huge fees he should do that all.

Anybody here, who were asked by Visa office to submit a 6months or 3 months statement of account for their proof of funds? I'm asking because i have withdrawn 50% of my POF. is this will not affect my application? The Visa office will always ask for this or no?

Please advise.

buddy LVO does a background check on everything, when they will find out that the amount is less or half than what you mentioned in forms, they can demand updated POF statement and then that can cause problem for your case. the advice is, don't disturb the amount in account until case is processed.

very few, very rarely. it might be cos there are more fraud cases from india.

Thanks for sharing this information. Don't you think that it is a matter of luck that your went through in 2014. Otherwise if you have done all the things right on your own and did not misrepresent anything, I think that your case will be processed without any problem. Consultant can not influence the process of CIC? Please correct me, if you find that consultant has played any role in the internal proceedings of the CIC?
