Hi i got an email that my passport is ready to collect this morning , and on the ECAS it says decision made, will pick up tommrow . i think my journey ends and life starts in canda now.

Finally, the long wait comes to and end. I received PPR-2 email yesterday from LVO.

Forum members from Pakistan I need your guidance on the following listed points.

1- Should I send my passport via courier service or VAC in Lahore (since I live in Lahore)?
2- How much time it takes to get passport back if sent via courier?
3- How much time it takes to get passport back if sent via VAC?
4- How much it costs to send passport via courier?
5- How much it costs to send passport via VAC?

Hi Mass Hunter..........first of all many congratulations.
I personally feel that VAC is far good - just today I've submitted my passports through VAC Karachi, per passport transmission cost is 1616 PKR. I inquired about passport return time, though VAC staff did not tell it specifically but they were in opinion that it will take 15 to 20 days..........lets see.

Thank you for sharing your opinion. I have also submitted my passport today through VAC Lahore, and they also communicated the same timeline as yours. So I believe it would not take longer than 20 days.

I have decided to use VAC Lahore.

Congrats Mass hunter, you finally, hunted your visa

1.better to send from VAC as MM2 from Lahore also sent through VAC
2. some times 3 or 4 weeks
3.hopefully within week
4.400/passport from TCS
5.1616/passport including submission and collection (but very safe)

VAC is Visa Application Center. These are located in major cities I believe we have this service in Lahore and Karachi only.

It seems that the computer issues have not been resolved. This is the response from LVO. So here we go into the next week. Inshallah our patience will bear fruit next week.
