Did you receive any reply from LVO as you sent 2 CSEs (on 5th Sep and on 19 Sep)....as its 44 days for you now waiting for the PPs...

Finally, the long wait comes to and end. I received PPR-2 email yesterday from LVO.

Forum members from Pakistan I need your guidance on the following listed points.

1- Should I send my passport via courier service or VAC in Lahore (since I live in Lahore)?
2- How much time it takes to get passport back if sent via courier?
3- How much time it takes to get passport back if sent via VAC?
4- How much it costs to send passport via courier?
5- How much it costs to send passport via VAC?

Dear All. My medical done on July 5, 2014, and RPRF bank draft( got directly from my bank) instead of Dollar East Company to save time as it takes 5-days in issuance , also reached on July-8 and 3rd line "medical received appeared on July 15. Then I was waiting of PPR but on Aug-15 received letter from LVO with return of bank draft that it has not complete address of payment bank in Toronto, Canada and advised me to submit proper DD with in 45 days.
On which I got new DD from Dollar East exchange company as people advise me that they were use in it about preparing Immigration DD on daily basis in routine and dispatch it through Fedex on Aug 20. New DD received to LVO on Aug23. Since then I am waiting of PPR or any further from LVO as so far no reply recevied to me from LVO despite passage of a month after submitting new draft.
Plz give me urs expert opinion that when I will receive PPR or any reply from LVO and how I know that new DD was enchased or not OR how much time takes in encashment. I consult with a consultant, he advice me to wait till Eid for any reply , otherwise send email to LVO . Hope u people aware me properly as I am little confused and worry in these days especially return of DD due to bank fault as it waste about one month time as otherwise my all case's process was very smooth. However new RPRF DD has been received to LVO on Aug-24.
Waiting ur replies on it anxiously.

i m not an expert to answer u correctly but my timeline is nearly same as urs...i done my medicals on 26th june and my additional documents and RPRF DD(made by dollareast) reached LVO on 7th july...since then i didnt hear anything...i asked from bank about DD through some reference then bank confirmed me that my DD was cleared on 20th august....i have sent an email to LVO on 12 september,to which hey replied that they have received my documents and i should wait for four months as my file is undergoing background checks....

so dont worry ur PPR is also aound the corner...it varies from vo to vo....by the way who is ur Visa officer(vo)?

1.better to send from VAC as MM2 from Lahore also sent through VAC
2. some times 3 or 4 weeks
3.hopefully within week
4.400/passport from TCS
5.1616/passport including submission and collection (but very safe)
