Dont worry about these things after all they are human and can do mistakes but in my opinion they are sending standard format to everyone just send the required documents along with this letter and email and dont cse till 42 days of this email because they will take their desired time even if you send them today and by the way 3 thing is pics which they ask you along with your original passport in ppr2 so dont worry. I am so sure because it exactly happens to me and i have same confusion and on 3 i have recieved my ppr2

I have a query: Me too received PPR 1 via e mail on january 3rd and my VO is also MCH. The email says, "Provide these items: 1: photocopies of passports for each family member and 2: attached information chart'. next he says, "send these THREE items within 45 days". and he has not mentioned the "THIRD" item.
Kindly guide me and what items you have been asked for???
I shall be highly obliged, please reply ASAP.

what is the email address of LVO when they communicate with u regarding requesting PPR, is it same as CSE email.....i dont want them to end up in my junk box,i usually delete all emails without checking ....!!

Send it to VO through email, In Sha Allah everything will be fine..

I think photos are usually sent with PPR1 ,because used for COPR,no usage in PPR2
