Very best of luck to u. I am just trying to compare my case with your. My mr request date was 7 th August but I had to do remedial. If VO continued my BGC since 7 th August, it should be done by this time. Since I got my third line after sending my remedical report, they should send my ppr now. May Allah bless us.

I am in same situation; my medical has been done on 15/9 but still no PPR request.

I am not sure how long it is going to take, hope in January they will clear all backlog.

Dont worry, I have seen many other applicants who have done their Meds even b4 us, in August and are waiting for PPR. Good thing is, most of the applicants, who got their Meds done in July, 2012 have got PPRs.

IMO there is no harm in sending CSIs to VO on reasonable intervals i.e. 30 days.

@ SABU, were u asked to get further medical investigations from the DMP?

Hello Friends,

I am in Canada now, my landing was completed in 15 Minutes due to 25th December holiday, there was not much crowd at immigration counters, they didnt ask me about funds, goods to follow list, any kind of form etc.

Congratulation RA Farooqi, on a safe landing and successful completion of PR formalities.

I did my medical and delivered in the beginning of May 2012 and my file undergo further background checks and till now no further news or PPR request and when i sent an enquiry they replied that my file is waiting for officer review ? i don't know what does it means and how long it will take ?

Medical Request Sent 15-3-2012 and recieved by April 2012 and delivered at the end of April 2012 and till now no PPR ?
last communication they said that my file is waiting officer review after an extra background checks ?
Any body know what does that means ? and why they took such long time ?
